Surprised, nouvel air was the only one who did not try to sell me the most expensive system, the most powerful system. The owner suggested me to take the system that fits to my house. After all, he had reason, i love my new system. Thank so much Nouvelair.

Had bought an A/C unit from this company several years ago. The compressor has failed so I called to have it serviced. They told me someone would show up after 1pm a few days later. At 4pm no one had showed up or called, so I called the office to ask what time the tech would show up. The lady said she'd track him and call me back. She never called and no one ever came. Will never do business with this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't buy at this place however that's exactly the reason why I'm giving 5 stars. I drove from Ville Saint Laurent to get some air filters for my Aldes Aeromatic 7260 thinking they were charcoal ones. The two women were very helpful and honest and they told me they were not charcoal and I just had to wash them with vessel soap. Thank you for your honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had quotes from 3 companies to replace our oil furnace and air conditioner with an all electric central air heatpump and furnace. Nouvel Air's quote was right in the middle, but was mainly chosen for the brand and details. The information we received was very complete, and the owner was very prompt to answer all my questions - in person and in followup by email. He confirmed all the subsidies available as well (I had already had an energy audit through the Transitions Energetiques program). The entire team from sales/office/technical staff were wonderful, and they coordinated the complete installation in one day (removal of oil tank/plumber/electrician) . I received the paperwork for the subsidies (Chauffez-vert) and Renovert within a week of payment. There was 1 adjustment to the system that was dealt with promptly within a few days. Most importantly, I had worried that the heating would not feel as comfortable as my oil system, but with the resizing of one of the ducts that they said was necessary to make the system Energy Star rated, my husband and I feel that the system is actually calibrated to be more even throughout the house (the system has been in place for 1 cold month). I feel that this company did not oversell, but looked at our needs and age of the house as well as the existing ductwork. They promised an efficient system, and I feel they delivered everything promised. Thank you to Patrick, Annie, Francis, Patrick #2, and Sandra!
