2) Pressure switched bypassed
3) poor installation quality on the outside mount
4) another company redid his work
I emailed him about these issues and he never wrote me back. Big thumbs down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of dealing with Sebastien for the purchase and installation of a mini-split air conditioning unit. The whole transaction was perfect. He is very professional and true to his word. He uses no pressure tactics.
The men that came to install the unit were amazing. Very nice, charming and polite. If there are 2 words to describe Sebastien and his team, they would be "TRUE GENTLEMEN".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bad experience with this company (Seb).
1) the unit was poorly installed (too low to the ground/should have been installed on the wall to avoid snow build up during winter). I must now pay someone to redo his work. My neighbour noticed it, and walked over to ask why it was done that way.
2) he left wires unplugged in our furnace that was discovered by another furnace repair worker. He asked me if there was a reason why it was unplugged and informed me that this was an easily avoidable mistake.
3) the wiring coming into the house was not done well and technician has been hired to redo it. More money that I have to spend.
4) we had to him come back to our house 5-6 times since the 1st install (In July) to keep fixing the unit/his work. He is nice guy, pleasant to deal with, and was good about coming back to fix the work, which we appreciated, but we paid for labour, and now we have to pay another company to fix the work. That's a huge bummer. IMO, he gets a star for being easy to work with, but the work was just not well done.
