★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installation au TOUR DES CANADIEN 2017 avec thermopompe tres mal faite.
1-Access au filtre pour client non-existant. il faut plier les filtres pour faire replacement, clairement une probleme d'installation sans prendre en consideration l'utilisateur.
2- Probleme avec climatisation, vous etes venu faire une ajustement gratuite sous garantie. apres 2 mois ne fonctionne plus meme probleme. venue encore. 2 mois apres meme probleme. maintenant hors garantie et il faut trouber une autre compagnie pour votre installation mal faite. merci d'avoir prolonger une probleme sans avoir vraiement reparer la source de default.
3- apres rencontrer 4 proprietaires au Tours des Canadiens, ils on eut les meme service et probleme. comment esce vous offrez une installation de telle qualite?
4-voir vos technicien en train de reparer la clim du lobby apres 4-5 fois donne vraiment pas de confiance.
SVP grandir votre companie sans reduire votre qualite de service et installation. Tour des canadien 1= votre pire installation faite a date...
Installation at the 2017 TOUR DES CANADIEN with very poorly made heat pump.
1-Access to the filter for non-existing customers. filters must be folded for replacement, clearly an installation problem without taking the user into consideration.
2- Problem with air conditioning, you came to make a free adjustment under warranty. after 2 months no longer works the same problem. come again. 2 months after the same problem. now out of warranty and you have to trouble another company for your poor installation. thank you for extending a problem without having really repaired the default source.
3- after meeting 4 owners at the Tours des Canadiens, they had the same service and problem. how do you offer such a quality installation?
4-seeing your technicians repairing the air conditioning in the lobby after 4-5 times really gives no confidence.
Please grow your company without reducing your quality of service and installation. Tour des Canadiens 1 = your worst installation done to date ...
