★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Finally someone went to repair. Thank you for taking responsibility and doing something about it. Next time, don't wait that long. Your costumer service doesn't end when the kitchen is installed, that's when it starts, each customer is a referral for another job when they are happy. Asking full payment before even staring to work, that's not right. Have a percentage breakdown. Just to let you know, that incident cost you a 35k kitchen.
