Ils ont changé mon système de chauffage et ma thermopompe et depuis je fais d'énormes économies d'électricité ... sans compter le comfort accru.

Mais pour un autre appel de service, fait au début du mois d'août, on m'a dit qu'ils étaient très occupé et qu'il y avait un délai de de quelques jours, voir quelques semaines. Je leur ai dit que c'était ok. J'ai relancé à 4 autres reprises, jusqu'à la fin octobre et à chaque fois il y avait une bonne excuse (on m'avait oublié, ils étaient en vacances.. . Je me suis tourner vers un concurrent début novembre, il faisait trop froid pour vérifier adéquatement la climatisation.
C'est certain qu'avoir su, j'aurais appelé quelqu'un d'autre bien avant, je croyais que j'étais sur une liste d'attente, mais ce n'était pas le cas.
Satisfied with my heat pump bought almost 15 years ago. Excellent service too, for a service call 5 years ago.
But for another service call, made at the beginning of August, I was told that they were very busy and that there was a delay of a few days, if not a few weeks. I told them it was ok. I relaunched 4 other times, until the end of October and each time there was a good excuse (I had been forgotten, they were on vacation ... I turned to a competitor at the beginning of November, he was too cold to properly check the air conditioning.
Certainly, having known, I would have called someone else long before, I thought I was on a waiting list, but I wasn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service du technicien, rapide et efficace mais celui qui s'occupe de la facturation manque de sérieux ! Il voulait nous facturer les frais de 30 minutes de voyagement sans que l'on soit avisé d'avance ( sachant qu'on habite à 1km de l'entreprise) et suite à ce malentendu il nous a dit qu'il va nous supprimer de sa liste de clients et qu'il nous refusera daurénavant tout autre service!
Excellent service from the technician, fast and efficient, but the one who takes care of the billing lacks seriousness! He wanted to bill us for the cost of 30 minutes of travel without us being notified in advance (knowing that we live 1km from the company) and following this misunderstanding he told us that he will remove us from his list of clients and that he will refuse us any other service from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my system not working and it is in the attic, it is very hot there and all other compamies refused to come in.
they promised to verify the weather and if at night it will be cool enough they will call to come the next day.
I assumed it is a polit eway to appologise but in reality they were very serious 2 days later they called and came the next day at 7:15 in the morning.
checked everything, found the kleak repaired it and everthing was done with efficiency and the bill was very comprehensive.
excellent service, the technician who cam had a big smile all along and was very courteous and polite.
I am keeping their contact and I will recommend tjhem to all my friends.
