★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refuse to order a 6$ parts before I go to the shop to pay it first (even though I bought the snowblower there). Local shops complaint not being able to compete with the WEB stores ... this is exactly the kind of behavior that causes this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional. I was told that i can cancel my reservation if it was related to the weather, yet when i tried to cancel they refused and said if i do my deposit is gone. Also even though they charge insurance, they made me pay for a broken tip. Never going there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais expérience avec cette place! 0 en service à la clientèle et.... Be careful with the time you "supposed" to bring back the tools when you rent cause they are RATS to charge EXTRA TIME!! THEY OVERCHARGE ME AN EXTRA DAY even when they told my husband to bring it and we will be charge only "4 EXTRA HOURS" . ...a rude and cold teller didn't care and keep charging 72$ for a simple water pump!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have rented tools from here and have had no real issues. Prices are properly priced and in stock compared to Home Depot rental.
There are somewhat uncomfortable servicing in English but an effort is made by some emlloyees
Would rent again when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes I agree with all the bad reviews. Refuse to speak English, I speak French but want service in English. Really bad attitude. Looking for a part they didn't have, they took my number and never called. I'll go elsewhere lots of other places with friendly service. These Quebecois should learn Canadian/Quebec history and find out why the Queen's pic is on our $20 bill.
