★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En boutique ça va bien. Ensuite pour les suivis on repassera. Boîte vocale toujours pleine, pas de retour de courriels, le seul moyen de communication est le texto. Visite de mesure le jeudi soir à 21 h 00, quatre heures de retard le jour de l'installation, etc.
 In store things are going well. Then for the follow-ups we will come back. Voicemail always full, no return emails, the only means of communication is text. Measurement visit Thursday evening at 9:00 p.m., four hours late on installation day, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait 15 ans que je suis dans l'immobilier et que je fais régulièrement affaire avec toutes sortes de compagnies. Celle-ci est sans doute dans mon top 5 des pires.
-Ne respecte pas les délais (on m'avait dit 1mois à la signature, ça en a pris 5 après des dizaines d'appels et de texto de ma part)
-Malhonnête: ne me livre pas le matériel choisi mais tente de me faire croire le contraire, endommage des tiroirs de cuisine et me dit que rien ne prouve qu'ils n'étaient pas comme ça avant, fait de fausses promesses, etc.)
-Se fout du client.
-Travail bâclé: le polissage et la coupe est irrégulière. Mauvaise finition.
-Entente verbal de faire une correction non tenue.
-Pas à l'écoute.
Honnêtement, je n'ai pas bcp de chose positive à dire à leur sujet. Il ne sont pas très cher mais ne valent pas cher. À éviter.
I've been in real estate for 15 years and regularly do business with all kinds of companies. This is probably in my top 5 worst.
-Does not meet deadlines (I was told 1 month when signing, it took 5 after dozens of calls and texts from me)
-Dishonest: does not deliver the chosen material to me but tries to make me believe the opposite, damages kitchen drawers and tells me that nothing proves that they were not like that before, makes false promises, etc.)
- Don't give a damn about the customer.
-Sloppy work: polishing and cutting is irregular. Bad finish.
-Verbal agreement to make an unfulfilled correction.
- Not listening.
Honestly, I don't have a lot of good things to say about them. They are not very expensive but are not worth much. To avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai fait affaire avec Luigi. Il a pris mon dépôt de 200$ pour une table en quartz. Il n’a jamais donné suite. Ne répondait plus aux appels ni à mes messages.
En d’autres termes, je me suis fait volé mon argent.
À éviter à tout prix.
I did business with Luigi. He took my $200 deposit for a quartz table. He never followed up. Didn't answer calls or messages.
In other words, I had my money stolen.
Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service à la clièntele et l'expérience en magasin est très déçevante. Dès mon arrivée en boutique aucun accueil: ils étaient bien à l'aise à parler entre amis sur une table et avec leur cellulaires. Lors de la commande je crois qu'il y a eu un manque de compréhension. On a eu notre petit morceau de quartz dans le temps prévu MAIS la finition d'un bord n'était pas faite...ils sont revenus le lendemain mais ils ne l'ont pas installé malgré qu'on en a fait la demande.Nous sommes en attente de l'installation.
Lors des échanges télephoniques il y a beaucoup de confrontation; en aucun moment tu sens qu'ils ont à coeur la satisfaction du client. Gros manque d'organisation. On est certains que c'est un commerce familial avec des gens travaillant mais il devraient améliorer leur organisation et leur service au client. Du moins nous on y retourne pas et on ne recommande pas la place.
Very poor customer service and the in-store experience is very disappointing. As soon as I arrived in the store, no welcome: they were very comfortable talking with friends on a table and with their cell phones. When ordering I believe there was a lack of understanding. We got our little piece of quartz in the expected time BUT the finishing of one edge was not done...they came back the next day but they didn't install it despite our request. We are waiting for the installation.
During telephone exchanges there is a lot of confrontation; at no time do you feel that they have customer satisfaction at heart. Big lack of organization. We are certain that it is a family business with working people but they should improve their organization and their customer service. At least we are not going back and we do not recommend the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commande pour un seuil de porte en granit. Lors de la pose normale du morceau, il se brise. On remarque plusieurs petites fissures en regardant avec attention le seuil. On nous répond que nous avons forcé le morceau. On nous en prépare un autre à prix réduit. Le morceau semble être en bon état. Même scénario. Nous y retournerons pas.
Order for a granite door sill. During the normal laying of the piece, it breaks. We notice several small cracks by looking carefully at the threshold. We are told that we forced the piece. We are preparing another one at a reduced price. The piece appears to be in good condition. Same scenario. We won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not recommend this place any less. Extremely poor customer service. Had me wait almost half an hour before serving me because they were talking to a friend. Not only that, they had me pick a piece of granite, pay a deposit, and then wait 4 weeks only to tell me that they can no longer give me the piece I desired. Really unbelievable. Do not go here.
