I've never had a pool before and this was an amazing first experience! Helpful and knowledgeable customer service led to a smooth easy installation. Very excited to have our pool for the next years!

Excellent service and value. One day installation, no comparaison to cement or liner pools that cost more and are less effective .

I bought a Spa 4. I couldn't be happier. The quality, the look, and the easy maintenance, made Fibro an easy choice.

If I could rate this company a zero I would I reached out to fibro in January 2022. Discussed my project and as requested provided my certificate of localization so they could have confirmed that I had the proper access. At that point they confirmed all looked good. I payed them a deposit to send pool designer. Fast forward designer visited and confirmed the pool size which would fit in my back yard, however did not confirm if I had the proper entry access to get to my backyard. Fibro than unannounced to me sent an installer from their team to confirm if I had the required access for their machines to access my backyard and also get the pool in. At this point they indicated that the size the designer had recommended did not work. At this point I agreed to go with a smaller pool and smaller machines to access the backyard. By the way which I had to pay additional for. It was also explained to them that I did not want to have them go on my neighbours land to avoid any damage. Hence me paying additional for the smaller machines The day of installation I was advised that there was no way for them to carry out the project without them accessing my neighbours land. I received frantic calls from the office indicating that I had not done my due diligence in advising the neighbour. Obviously there was a lack of communication within their team as this was clearly discussed when I added the smaller machine and downgraded to a smaller pool. On the day of installation we called fibro to ask if they could send someone to the property to confirm if a smaller sized pool could be installed. They refused and indicated that if they would send someone additional fees in top of the 40000 would be charged to me . At this point I cancelled the project Today I received a bill of over 5000 for their displacement of installers . So I am currently down almost 8000 and no pool (this also includes my down deposit and permit fees) When shopping for pools other vendors clearly told me off the bat that this project was not possible as I did not have the proper access. But fibro was obviously only after my money

Was very happy with the installation and the pool in July of 2021. They did a great job very impressed and satisfied. They were supposed to install the salt system and because of shortage in a chip they couldn’t install it at the time of the pool installation. I understood and used chlorine. The problem is that the cement wasn’t done until a couple weeks later and the pool was full. When they cut the cement for the expansion lines all the cement dust went into the pool causing my filter to block so I had to buy another filter at my own expense. My second filter got dirty very fast also but since it was nearing end of season I didn’t worry about it. I decided to get Fibro to do the closing of the pool that way I wouldn’t have any warranty issues. Price was $250 a little expensive but I preferred paying than having warranty issues. After the pool was closed they received the salt system and they came and installed the cell. In April 2022 they came to open the pool $250. When I got home I see the pool is still full of leaves and dirty. My wife tells me they said they don’t pick up the leaves so we have to do it. I spent the whole day on Saturday getting leaves out of pool. When I had above ground pool prior to this in ground one , opening my pool was done and I had absolutely nothing to fo at all. I not only had to pick up all my leaves but I saw that my salt wasn’t used at all and my salt system ( electronic board) wasn’t installed and functioning. I ask my wife why didn’t they do any of this and she told me the guys said it was our job to do it. I get a call from Fibro that my credit card they had on file was expired so I ask the girl what exactly did the opening of the pool entail? I was told that the salt is my job to do and the leaves they don’t pick them up. So basically I was being charged $250 for putting a shock treatment in my pool and that’s it. After complaining the girl dropped price to $200.My wife called them on the 11 of May pool is still very cloudy salt system still not installed and to boot I need to buy a third filter at $120 dollars. They told my wife that yes they should have installé the salt system because it was part of the original Installation. Still waiting have no date on installation of salt system. So far spent 120 on second filter 250 on closing, 200 on opening and 120 on third filter and can’t use pool !! Not very impressed on the service I’m getting after I bought the pool! I had put a 5 star and just edited my review to a 2 star!

Was ask to rate to participate in a 500$ draft, but wasn't asked to put a specific star rating, just rate us. Fair enough. My experience is good, but not the best. I asked if I could protect the place where they dug, was told yes. On the dug day, was told to remove all my protection. I spent 3 months preparing the backyard and I must redo everything. Yes digging does expect to yield some damage, but at least my protection would have negate much of it. The pool itself is nice, but was carried using a crane with metal chain. Got small spot of rust everywhere. Was told to sand it down. I tried, didn't work and worst, it removed the non slip coating on the steps. I finally was able to have someone come over for acid wash, didn't so it. Said it's too small and gave me a sand paper... Closing the pool with them, 250+ as of 2021, is required for the warranty. Unsure if that's lawfull. It's like a car maker saying you aren't covered if you do your maintenance elsewhere, which is illegal. Pool came without the salt module, chip shortage due to pandemic. When they installed it, the pool was closed. They came in my backyard on the day they said they were coming but no knocking, just walk straight, installed and gone. Samething happened when they came to close the pool. I don't like that, you come to my house, you at least annonce that you're here. Also, when they installed the salf machine, they had to saw some pipe and they left the place full of pipe dust that have now sticked to everything in my shed... Also, the electricien they are recommend install a wall with all of the required module, but there's no switch. So to turn off your pump for maintenance or other reason, you have to turn off the breaker with your watery hand... It also prevent from installing a timer. Was also told they will fill all around the pool and then the other company that does the concrete will finish everything else. But since there was one side that they decided it was a bad idea to put concrete, they didn't even fill it. I had to buy and transport about 8t of 3/4 stones to fill that 20 feet x 5 feet 2 feet deep, while carefully not drop them in the pool. So for my experience it's an ok rating.

Amazing pool. We chose the F22 model. They were able to install rapidly even during the pandemic. Half a day for the installation. Was able to use the pool the day after the installation. Everything went smoothly from A-to-Z. The salt system was on backorder but Fibro contacted us and installed it when it was available. Very satisfied customer here !
