★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Représentant vraiment au-dessus de ses affaires. J'appel pour demander un prix. Je suis un acheteur sérieux. J'ai déjà plusieurs offres en mains. Il me donne un approximatif, je trouve cela un peu cher comparativement aux que j'ai. Je lui mentionne et demande si il sont négotiable. C'est la que ça se gâte. Il part à rire et m'énumère les avantages. Il me dit que c'est la seul compagnie (au monde ou au Québec, va savoir...) qui isole au polyeuréthane. Je lui dis que ce n'est pas le cas. Le tit messieur a son égaux égratignée et me dit: ''je vais vous souhaiter bonne chance ''. Je travaille dans la représentation depuis plus de 10 ans. Une chose à retenir, ne JAMAIS, JAMAIS laisser son égaux prendre le dessus. Le client peut être bête, etc (ce que je n'ai absolument pas fait), le final est que tu veux la vente. À vous le tit monsieur à l'égau démesuré, vous n'êtes pas à votre place en représentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depuis le début, de Jessy aux installateurs...De Pierre-Luc à Nick... le service est ÉCOEURANT! Dans le sens de WOW! Dans le sens de plaisant.
Plusieurs avis négatifs sont clairement mal-intentionnés et c'est pourquoi je prends le temps d'écrire ce message.
Aucune piscine n'arrive à la cheville de Fibco et Fibro...Quand on n'explique un problème avec TAC...Le service vient avec TAC.
J'avais des petits projets bizarroïdes et d'autres m'auraient dit de laisser faire ça mais eux mon juste aidés depuis le début. J'ai ajouté un spa, percé la table de plexis, coupé et collé des tuyaux pour dérivés mes installations entre spa de piscine, spa intérieur et piscine. Ils m'ont vendus les pièces; conseillé ceci pas faire cela rassuré sur la solidité de la fibre...et sa garantie de 25 ans.
Il ont répondu à mes questions pour effectuer la fermeture moi-même...On voit qu'ils font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour nous aider et tous commentaires sur mauvais service est erroné ou du moins désuet...S'il y avait problème de service...en 2020 CE PROBLÈME N'EST PLUS!
Belle piscine utile, solide, peu d’entretien...Moteur de pompe et filtreur sur la GROSSE coche ;)...
Merci et lâchez surtout pas de développer vos produits ! Entreprise Québécoise de qualité...
PS : J'ai tout magasiner les piscines en avril 2019 pendant un mois...éviter le temps perdu et aller directement chez Fibro ou Fibco...Meilleur rapport qualité/prix.
PS : Je n'ai AUCUN lien avec l'organisation. Je suis juste trop content de ma piscine.(la "Durmmonville(Fibco)" - "F-18"(FiBRO))

From the beginning, from Jessy to the installers ... From Pierre-Luc to Nick ... the service is NICE! In the sense of WOW! In the sense of pleasant.
Several negative opinions are clearly ill-intentioned and that is why I take the time to write this message.
No pool comes close to Fibco and Fibro ... When we don't explain a problem with TAC ... The service comes with TAC.
I had small bizarre projects and others would have told me to let that happen, but they just helped me from the start. I added a spa, pierced the plexis table, cut and glued pipes for derivatives my installations between pool spa, indoor spa and pool. They sold me the pieces; advise this not to do that reassured on the solidity of the fiber ... and its 25 year warranty.
They answered my questions to do the closing myself ... You can tell they are doing everything they can to help us and any comments about poor service is wrong or at least outdated ... If there is had service problem ... in 2020 THIS PROBLEM IS NO LONGER!
Nice useful pool, solid, low maintenance ... Pump motor and filter on the BIG tick;) ...
Thank you and don't let go of developing your products! Quality Quebec company ...
PS: I bought all the pools in April 2019 for a month ... avoid wasted time and go directly to Fibro or Fibco ... Best value for money.
PS: I have NO connection with the organization. I'm just too happy with my pool ("Durmmonville (Fibco)" - "F-18" (FiBRO))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention quand ils donne les modèles et les spec. des thermopompe de piscine leur feuille ne suit pas les informations sur la plaque signalétique et ils osent dire que leur feuille a préséance sur le code canadien de l'électricité. Et dire que l'électricien est incompétent plutôt que corriger leur feuille.
Be careful when giving models and specs. of pool heat pumps their sheet does not follow the information on the nameplate and they dare to say that their sheet takes precedence over the Canadian electrical code. And to think that the electrician is incompetent rather than correcting their sheet.

We have just received our 22x12 swimming pool (Ottawa model)! Excellent service, always present to answer our questions !! Not to mention the delivery man who took the time to explain everything to me about the installation to make it even easier than it already has!

The service wasnt great. The price changed during the process (from what was told me over the phone to what was put in the contract) and the shipping got delayed several times (which is aweful when, like most of the buyers, i have to hire in advance an excatavor...). I received the pool with missing pieces, which got delivered by them that same day.
