Oui, les branchements ont été fait, oui le traitement choc a été relativement efficace, mais:
1) Après leur installation, un des branchement coulait et il l'on laissé comme ça;
2) Le service de base mentionne sur le site « L’installation de l’équipement (échelle, système de chloration, lumières, etc.) »
- L’échelle n’a pas été installée
3) Le service de base mentionne sur le site « Le ramassage de feuilles au filet dans le fond de la piscine (autant que possible) »
- Non seulement j’ai dû vous appeler parce que ça n’avait pas été fait, mais en bout de ligne ils n'ont même par ramassé la moitié…
Tan qu'a payer 160$ pour un service d’ouverture à moitié fait, faite le donc vous même...

Yes, the connections were made, yes the shock treatment was relatively effective, but:
1) After their installation, one of the connections flowed and it was left like that;
2) The basic service mentions on the site "The installation of the equipment (scale, chlorination system, lights, etc.)"
- The ladder has not been installed
3) The basic service mentions on the site "The collection of leaves to the net in the bottom of the pool (as much as possible)"
- Not only did I have to call you because it had not been done, but in the end they did not even pick up half ...
Tan has to pay $ 160 for an opening service half done, made it yourself ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pool service in the North Shore! Very professionally rebuilt our inground pool after it was severely damaged by last winter's multiple freezing and thawing. Their team of very knowledgeable professionals gave us a competitive estimate (even came in slightly lower than our insurance expert's own detailed estimate), started and completed the work very quickly, cleanly and efficiently, and within the reasonable budget. The extensive work included cutting the cement around the pool fiberglass steps, removing the broken steps and digging out by hand shovels (no machines, no destruction of our lawn or gardens!) the gravel, soil and sand behind the removed steps to settle the new steps properly in place, removing the torn old vinyl liner, checking the concrete pool for cracks and leaks and making repairs where required, including new concrete around the new steps, installing the new liner and the new steps, checking and repairing the electrical connections and in-pool lights, installing a new Nirvana heat pump, adjusting the piping for the new pump, and starting up and testing the new system. All done by super professionals, with great attention to detail and speed of execution, in just 4 days! And, much cheaper than the "big names" of pool stores. Now also using them for winter closing and spring opening. I'm a very happy customer. Strongly recommend them!
