From beginning to end there is no quality service, even if you re patient you will get the wrong information over and over and get scrued thousands of dollars. DO NOT SIGN, after sale there’s no more service

Avoid and Be Aware of this company! I purchased my pool and had it installed end of last summer as I thought I would be benefiting on there end of season sale. The pool was installed and set up but we had to close it shortly as winter was soon approaching. We never got to use the pool as it was already kind of cold and we did not get a heater or install the pool rails or built our deck yet, we waited till spring. Fast forward to the next few months as spring was coming, we had opened the pool and started to open all the pool accessory kit that came with the pool to install rails and remove leaves and whatnot. I realized that I was missing the long pole to connect it to the mesh net to remove leaves. I called numerous times to this company with no answer, I was starting to believe that maybe they were not in business anymore as no one would pick up the phone for days! I eventually took the drive there to see for myself. Surprise, they are open, they just dont answer ur calls. I brought along my reciept to show them that I am suppose to have the whole pool accessory kit but that I was missing the long pole. They told me " Why didnt you tell us when you recieved it that it was missing? " I told them that I got the pool installed in Fall and I didnt even know what is suppose to be included in the pool kit as it was my first time purchasing a pool. And that we didnt even touch the kit until this summer to even know whats missing. They did not even care to help. Also I noticed that one of the pool leg was not connected to the pool frame as the rest of them and I brought this to their attention, I asked why it was like that and there response is that the ice and freezing from winter did it and that the only way to fix it is to redo the pool and reinstall it again. First of all, No water or ice is on the side frame of the pool connecting the legs to the frame. So obviously they just try to blame any problems to our "winter" This was definetely a bad installation job! They do not even want to fix their own job! Now I am left to fix it as I am scared the pool might collapse or something ,I also spoke to a few pool companies and experts and showed severals pictures of it and they all confirmed that its a bad install job! This company does not provide any warranty work on any of their products. Stay away from this company! I regret going with a small company, Its better the bigger ones as they provide warranty on all there pools and installation!

I've had a really good service and the staff are super sharp and professional, I recommend it to any one who wants a new pool! I'm definitely recommending my family!

Horrible experience. Ordered a pool may 2020. Was given the run around all last summer with the COVID excuse on lack of delivery from the supplier. We did in the meantime purchased a security ladder, a solar tarp as well as a water heater upon the assumption that we will get our pool delivered shortly. When finally received a call from the director of the place in august 2020, we were told our pool could be installed in October however we were given the option of installing in the spring of 2021. In order to avoid installing the pool to close it we decided to accept the offer of installing in spring and got the confirmation via text from the director himself. Come end of March 2021, we called to coordinate our electrician with the date of installation of the pool. Only to speak to the director again and they now advised us there was a piece missing in order to proceed with the installation? Not quite understanding why there was a piece missing since our pool was supposed to have been installed in October 2020. When I confronted him with that information I was guaranteed a pool in May 2021! Last week of April, called in, same reason to coordinate my other workers, now spoke to the manager and was informed that a whole box wasn’t delivered. Therefore (if they even received this pool) they miscalculated there inventory and I was now being penalized. When asked what he could do since I had already made purchases towards a pool I clearly wasn’t going to have. I was told I could wait (no timeline given) or they would exceptionally agree to refund my deposit. This was completely unacceptable response as a client. I then messaged the director and received the same information, yes there had been an inventory problem and they truly seemed to have made a mistake But they couldn’t do anything about it. The box missing was very difficult to receive. At this point I asked if they had any oval pool to provide us and they told us nothing was available and again offered us to wait (indefinitely) or get a refund and cancel our order to which he added you will never find another pool now so you better wait ? A few days later, director called us back and miraculously found a pool however this one was double the price of our original pool. When confronted with the fact that it was there mistake, not ours, we did everything right and ordered on time, he again told me nothing could be done. We then cancelled out order and had to go In to the store to get our refund. Very unprofessional, rude and not empathetic at all. Did not offer us a solution only a refund. Will never recommend and will never again do business with them.

After doing a lot of research and being a little last minute with our decision of getting an above ground pool, we decided to go with because of their price (which was a two hundred dollars cheaper than another place for the same exact pool) and the installation date was also much faster than other pool place. The installation was very professional and our whole experience overall has been excellent I highly recommend going to see them!

They have very good products and items. However the installation of the pump that we purchased from where was not installed as scheduled. We are still waiting for installation.
