★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment déçus du manque de transparence avec les prix. J’ai fait appel au service et on m’avait dis que ca me coûterait 50$ pour vider l’eau entre la toile. Je reçois par la suite une facture de 600$ Apres 2 visites. Rester méfiant de cette compagnie. Christian était mon contact et n’avait pas l’aire préoccupé au service a la clientèle une fois démontré mon insatisfaction.
Apres 6 ans a faire affaire avec cette compagnie a qui je faisait confiance, je dis Bye bye!!!
Really disappointed with the lack of transparency with the prices. I called the service and was told it would cost me $ 50 to drain the water between the canvas. I then receive an invoice for $ 600 After 2 visits. Remain suspicious of this company. Christian was my contact and was not concerned with customer service once I demonstrated my dissatisfaction.
After 6 years doing business with this company that I trusted, I say Bye bye !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, je vais à cet endroit depuis 18 ans, les produits sont un peu plus chers mais en bout de ligne mon eau est impeccable toute l'été. En plus ils sont très professionnels, j'ai acheté une pompe neuve croyant qu'elle était finie et quand le technicien est arrivé avec la nouvelle, il a eu le réflexe de testé l'ancienne et il l'a réparée. Il est repartie avec la nouvelle. J'ai sauvé $600. !
Excellent service, I go to this place for 18 years, the products are a little more expensive but ultimately my water is impeccable all summer. In addition they are very professional, I bought a new pump believing it was finished and when the technician arrived with the new, he had the reflex to test the old and he repaired it. Je ne mis jamais mes pieds dans ce magasin. Très mauvaise expérience avec la personne à qui j'ai parlé aujourd'hui ouf ouf
Very bad service. I asked a question, the lady is looking at me like I'm from the planet Mars so it's part of their job to give details and inform the client. I never set foot in this store. Very bad experience with the person I spoke to today phew phew

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I dropped into this pool dealer to do a little comparison because it’s right beside my house. I went to my dealer where I always get my products and did a pool water sample test and after the test I had $26 worth of products to add (one product) I didn’t tell them I went and got it tested before I brought them the same sample and my bill total came out to $222 oh and when I refused to buy the products she didn’t want to let me keep the water test results lollll The lady was so confident in what she was saying and what is all full of BS, she even told me that my salt system is much more maintenance than a chlorine pool I have a state of the art salt system and it’s 1year old and it’s much easier than my old chlorine setup. Anyhow it goes to show you that all they’re looking for is money I will never ever go to this dealer again sometimes honesty is better than trying to scam people
