I'm okay with this place I'm just not happier that the younger staff and do not know all the parts for a well I had bought some items and I could not return because of Covid. The parts they gave me were the wrong so I spend over two hundred bucks on Parts when I only needed a $25 part.

Never feel so offended. They just care of you to sell, after you sign the contract you are on your own. The director (Mario) just transfer my call to another department without asking and/or answer my questions (rude). I hope to have my pool installed soon (after long wait) and forget about this magazine/company. Thank you for your answer but wasn't how thing happen and we both know it. I understand that you need to answer negative review right a way. Actually you kind of yell "I'm not in charge of the schedule and bum transfer the call".

Great service and great product. Our salesman Francesco was very professional and helpful. He made us feel at ease and answered all our questions. We decided on an above ground pool and he was able to work the price down close to our budget. We were also happy to see that the sales director Stéphane took the time to reassure us of our purchase and answered all of our questions in detail. Great job Trevi Mascouche. Very happy with our decision to go with a solid Quebec company and product. I highly recommend Trevi Mascouche and our sales representative Mr. Francesco Infantino

I regularly maintain my pool to an optimal level and needed a few products just to bring the levels up slightly. Every time I leave this Trevi it’s a $140 and up charge. The salesman did a water test and was very pushy on buying much more than what I needed. They sold me a $69.99 (9 kilo) product where I only needed 2 kilos? They told me they had no other option and had no smaller size in the entire store. I find it extremely hard to believe especially as they made no effort to check. They did the same thing with another product where I needed 1.25 kilos and tried to sell me a 6 kilo product. DIDN’T FEEL LIKE A CUSTOMER BUT A MONEY MACHINE!

I wished they could tell me to bring the level of water down and clean the whole swimming pool back wash it and fill it up with clean water at the end instead of them selling me products(in all 140$) that they knew they wouldn’t clean the pool. Did their water analyze ever tell them that there’s no product to address or fix a customer swimming pool issue? Good thing I like about the store: a bunch of young guys who take the time to answer all the questions and ask the team lead when in doubt.

Literally the worst service I've ever gotten in my life. Pool was installed with folds and bumps everywhere at the bottom the pool. The skimmer was installed crooked with screws all stripped. Pieces cracked within 6 months of installation. I spoke the a manager and director of the store they said its normal pieces crack too bad. I paid for a pool repair and on arrival the technician added an additional fee for his time when I had already paid in-store. The staff is completely lost regarding what they are selling to clients please think twice before making the same mistake I made and giving these people your business.

Lots of service and expertise for new pools, but inexperienced staff in the pool maintenance department. Did not have compatible parts. They suggested I change all my connections to fit their hardware. I asked if my purchases were refundable, in case I found what I was looking for elsewhere (which I did). I saved myself hours of labour and frustration by shopping elsewhere. However they would not refund the glue. A small sign says so. I would have appreciated it if the clerk had said as much when I asked.

Clean place, the staff of great. Have good variety of furniture. The reason for removing one star is for how long the lineup was, knowing it is their peak season they had very little staff and the cashier was yelling at the other employee to go help her, while there was already people waiting for the water lab.
