Employees are always ready to assist you and make sure you have the right thing and everything you need. Friendly. Good service plan, not overprice when you see/understand what you have access to. Great choice of product in store and even more online.

Buy far THE WORST experience I have had in a tech good store. The service was so poor and even worse from the manager. So I walk into the Best buy on a Sunday evening at 4:55 pm realizing they are closing soon, I had just made it and mu situation was a critical one. I had forgotten my mac book pro charger at a friends house and needed it for work the next day. I thought I would just go to my local friendly Best Buy to get a replacement. The staff had no intention to help me and I felt this right off the bat. I felt maybe a manager would be helpful. When I asked for one I got this totally rude and unwilling to help manager who clearly just wanted me to leave. The service was poor and they didn't even have a charger in stock. Because of this terrible experience I shall make sure to boycot this poor service company and continue to buy my good online. Zero smiles, zero intention to help - just a terrible experience. 0/10 BRAVO!

Their selection is decent but sometimes priced higher than other retailers or online. Fortunately, they have a "lowest price guarantee" which is nice. Just show that what you're comparing is indeed exactly the same and they'll match the price. If it's within 30 days (if I remember correctly), they'll refund the difference, as well. Specific to this location, I found the customer service to be spotty. I was looking at Chromebooks for about quite some time. I had to go ask an associate who was alone and on his phone for help since the laptop I wanted seemed to be out of stock and wanted to know their policy on buying demo products.

Can't call the store and false advertising on the website saying they have unlocked phones but then they say they aren't allowed to sell it.

Manager Choufani did not want to process my return. There was no reason for this. I bought a TV last week (less than 30 days), and he told me to return it at a different Best Buy. As a former employee, the reason for this is because stores do not want to take the “hit” on a purchase that large. Best Buy is not a franchise, and this goes against its own return policy. I will launch a formal complaint against the stores general manager, Choufani. 0/10
