Ça fait 1 an et quatre mois que j’Ai des problèmes avec l’ordi que j’ Acheté chez eux
Le propriétaire et un des employés sont tellement condescendants et misogynes c’est incroyable.
Mon ordinateur continue à mal fonctionner.
Selon eux, c’est parce qu’il est de trop bas de gamme.... et qu’il a été mal préparé....
« Heu....c’est vous qui me l’avez vendu et qui l’avez préparé! »

It's been a year and four months since I had problems with the computer I bought at home
The owner and one of the staff are so patronizing and misogynist it's amazing.
My computer continues to malfunction.
According to them, it is because it is too low-end .... and that it was badly prepared ....
"Uh ... it was you who sold it to me and who prepared it! "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service! J'ai faite réparer un mini speaker Bluetooth, le prix qu'il ma fait pour la réparation était vraiment bien et abordable. Je les recommande a tous ca vaut vraiment le déplacement! C'était ma premier expérience et je vais y retourné pour tous mes besoin en électronique.
Great service! I had a Bluetooth mini speaker repaired, the price he paid me for the repair was really good and affordable. I recommend them to everyone it's really worth the trip! It was my first experience and I will go back there for all my electronics needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été faire réparer mon GPU 980ti qui avais 2 fans sur 3 de briser. ils ont su réparer les fans sans aucuns problème et changer la pate thermique qui étais vraiment rendu sèche, mon GPU pouvais atteindre 86c a 100%. Suite au réparation de ma carte elle ne dépasse même plus le 63c a 100% et même après quel que heures de gaming ! Prix raisonnable !
I was getting my 980ti GPU fixed which had 2 out of 3 fans breaking down. they were able to repair the fans without any problem and change the thermal paste which was really dry, my GPU could reach 86c at 100%. Following the repair of my card it does not even exceed 63c at 100% and even after a few hours of gaming! Reasonable price !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fini pour moi, j'ai assez fait rire de moi. Il y a quelque temps, mon disque dur a crasché alors je leur ai demandé s'ils pouvaient récupérer quelques données qui m'étaient cher et en même temps voulant optimiser mon ordinateur je leur ai demandé de m'installer un disque dur hdd. Je voulais aussi savoir si je devais optimiser autre chose mais on m'a dit qu'il était assez puissant pour ce que j'en faisais. Processeur 64 bits, Intel I-5, 3.10 GHz, carte video 1050Ti . Résultat, des jeux ( 2016) qui fonctionnaient bien auparavant ne fonctionne plus ou crash tout simplement. Même plus capable de loader le jeux et lorsque je réussis je tombe souvent à 1FPS !!?? Il faut bien sûr lui retourner la machine pour me faire dire qu'il s'agissait probablement d,une mise à jour de la compagnie du jeu qui a fait que l'ordinateur ne le prend plus....et ce sera $50 s'il-vous-plaît...et le problème persiste. C'est de me prendre pour un cave moi dont le premier ordinateur/jeu fut un Vic-20 et qui ai la plupart du temps toujours réussis à me tirer d'embrouille en cherchant des solutions sur l'internet. À court de moyen, j'ai envoyé le Crash log dans un groupe de discussion de la compagnie du jeu en leur expliquant ce qui avait été fait et/ou ce que je devais faire afin de pouvoir rejouer. On m'a répondu que de la façon dont le "spécialiste" s'y était pris pour récupérer les données il est normal que certaines fonctions ne marchent plus correctement! C'est peut-être un coup de malchance mais c'est la deuxième fois que le service me déçoit au plus haut point alors, ça r'garde mal!

Some time ago, my hard drive crashed so I asked them if they could recover some data that was dear to me and at the same time wanting to optimize my computer I asked them to install me a hdd hard drive. I also wanted to know if I should optimize anything else but was told it was powerful enough for what I was doing with it. 64-bit processor, Intel I-5, 3.10 GHz, 1050Ti video card. As a result, games (2016) that worked well before no longer work or simply crash. Even more able to load the game and when I succeed I often fall to 1FPS !!?? Of course you have to return the machine to him to tell me that it was probably an update from the game company which made the computer no longer take it....and it will be $50 s please...and the problem persists. It's taking me for a cave me whose first computer / game was a Vic-20 and who most of the time always managed to get out of trouble by looking for solutions on the internet. Short of resources, I sent the Crash log to a discussion group of the game company explaining to them what had been done and/or what I had to do in order to be able to play again. I was told that the way the "specialist" went about recovering the data, it is normal that certain functions no longer work correctly! It may be a stroke of bad luck but this is the second time that the service has disappointed me to the highest degree so it looks bad!
