Le gros colon qui m'a répondu à la caisse lors du retour de l'équipement avait un air bête et il avait un ton arrogant à la limite méprisant. Il s'est même permis de me rire en pleine face. Bref aucun respect pour le client. C'est à se demander comment ce gros cave est encore en poste ? Il ne semble pas savoir que le client est roi. Un conseil pour tous, allez à Lou-tec qui est tout près. The service is rotten and deserves no stars. The fat settler who answered me at the checkout when I returned the equipment looked stupid and he had an arrogant tone that was almost contemptuous. He even allowed himself to laugh in my face. In short, no respect for the customer. It makes you wonder how this big cellar is still in office? He doesn't seem to know that the customer is king. A word of advice for everyone, go to Lou-tec which is nearby.

J'ai fait un suivi à la fin de la journée, avant la fermeture car personne ne m'avait appeler pour me dire que c'était prêt. On m'a répondu: Trop débordé pour ça aujourd'hui. J'ai dit ok. Puis-je passer avant midi le lendemain. On me dit d'un air arrogant qu'il serait préférable d'aller ailleurs. Et il ajoute: ça va faire mon affaire je suis très occupé. En aucun temps j'ai été impolie ou déplacée. C'est un grand manque de courtoisie. Il se fou de ses clients. N' ENCOURAGEZ PAS UN COMMERCE COMME ÇA!!! In fact the service does not deserve a star. I asked for a sharpening service at 8am. I am told that everything will be ready in pm. I followed up at the end of the day, before closing because no one had called me to tell me it was ready. I was told: Too busy for that today. I said ok. Can I come before noon the next day? I am told arrogantly that it would be better to go elsewhere. And he adds: it will do my business I am very busy. In no time have I been rude or misplaced. It is a great lack of courtesy. He is crazy about his customers. DO NOT ENCOURAGE A TRADE LIKE THAT !!!

J	Jodie Guerin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons loué une scie à l'eau pour couper la céramique. Nous voulions faire des coupes droites et en biseaux. Une fois à la maison, nous avons remarqués que la scie était dans un état MISÉRABLE. Les coupes n'étaient pas droites et il n'était pas possible d'utiliser toutes les fonctions de la scie (dû a des bris/réparations de mauvaises qualité.. tsé du "ramanchage") Impossible pour nous de faire le travail à cause de l'état de l'outil. Le commis nous suggère de faire les coupes au biseaux avec un GRINDER nous dit que la scie est ainsi "à cause que les gens ne font pas attention" et que de toute façon des coupes en biseaux... Personne fait ça ??‍♀️ Il nous propose "d'essayer de la réparer". Mais L'USURE et les pièces MANQUANTES ne se "réparent pas" sur le fly comme ça. L'outil est bon pour les poubelles. Sinon, pourquoi ne pas l'avoir réparer AVANT la location ?? Nous avons retourné la scie et avons dû PAYER pour un 4 heures d'utilisation alors que nous avions RIEN PU FAIRE. Perte de temps épouvantable et d'argent. Le service MÉDIOCRE et l'état de l'outil fait en sorte que nous y retournerons plus malgré le fait que nous avions l'habitude de louer beaucoup de machinerie ... We hired a wet saw to cut the ceramic. We wanted to make straight and bevel cuts. When we got home, we noticed the saw was in a MASSIVE condition. The cuts were not straight and it was not possible to use all the functions of the saw (due to poor quality breakage / repairs .. tse of "ramanchage") Impossible for us to do the job due to the condition of the tool. The clerk suggests that we make the bevel cuts with a GRINDER tells us that the saw is like this "because people are not careful" and that bevel cuts anyway ... Nobody does that ??‍♀️ He suggests that we "try to fix it". But WEAR and MISSING parts do not "repair" on the fly like that. The tool is good for garbage cans. Otherwise, why not have it repaired BEFORE the rental? We turned the saw around and had to PAY for a 4 hour use when we had NOTHING TO DO. A terrible waste of time and money. The POOR service and the condition of the tool means that we will return more despite the fact that we used to rent a lot of machinery ...
