Y	Yoan Franc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je laisse mon commentaire là, mais je dois dire qu'après une plainte au siège social de Lou-Tec et mon commentaire ici même, la situation c'est finalement réglé!!! Merci....Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile et bien je l'aurais mis. Si vous louer à cet endroit et que rien arrive avec l'appareil et bien ça va bien aller, sauf si vous avez le malheur qu'il vous arrive quelque chose et bien peut importe, même avec leur ''assurance'' que vous êtes oubligé de payer (9.9% de la valeur de location), ils vont dire que vous avez fait un usage abusive ou qu'ils sont pas responsable si (mon exemple) ça ''dépine'' du véhicule, même si leur appareil n'est pas conforme et que la main d'accouplement est inadéquat (mal ajusté). Ils vont vous faire payer les frais de réparation des dommages et ce même si vous refusez, ils vont le chargé sur votre carte de crédit (celle utilisée pour la location) SANS MÊME AVOIR VOTRE AUTORISATION. Quand ils m'ont appellé pour me dire les frais et que j'ai refusé de payer en expliquant les raisons de mon refus, ils m'ont dit qu'ils iraient discuter avec le gérant et qu'ils me rappelleraient....Ils ne m'ont jamais rappelé et mon chargé en douce sur ma carte sans mon consentement la journée même. Je considère ceci comme un vol, un manque d'éthique et cela nuis à l'image des entreprises Québecoise. J'ai été louer ailleurs pour la suite de mes travaux. Ça aurait été plus payant pour eu d'assumer les frais de réparation et que je retourne louer chez eux, ils ont perdu une location de plus de 200$ pour une réparation de 50$. Bravo!! chose de certain, je ne retournerai pas là. Je le déconseille à tout mon entourage qui loue régulièrement, je le fais ici et ailleurs également. If you rent at this place and nothing happens with the device and well it will be fine, unless you are unfortunate that something happens to you and well it does not matter, even with their `` insurance '' that you are or obliged to pay (9.9% of the rental value), they will say that you have abused it or that they are not responsible if (my example) it '' troubles '' the vehicle, even if their device does not is not in conformity and that the coupling hand is inadequate (improperly adjusted). They will make you pay the costs of repairing the damage and even if you refuse, they will charge it to your credit card (the one used for the rental) WITHOUT EVEN YOUR AUTHORIZATION. When they called me to tell me the fees and I refused to pay explaining the reasons for my refusal, they told me that they would talk to the manager and that they would call me .... They never called me back and charged my card without my consent the same day. I consider this as theft, a lack of ethics and it damages the image of Quebec businesses. I was rented elsewhere for the rest of my work. It would have been more profitable to have had to pay for the repair costs and when I go back to rent with them, they lost a rental of more than $ 200 for a repair of $ 50. Well done!! one thing is certain, i will not go back there. I recommend it to everyone around me who rents regularly, I do it here and elsewhere as well.
