N'allez surtout pas la les camion son très mal entretenue la boite étais pleine de bardeau et le miroir étais briser il tenais avec du dock tape pas moyen de rien voir du cote passager en plus vous louer pour la journée lors de la réservation et un coup rendu la bas pour prendre possession du camion il mon dit qu'il fallait que je rapporte le camion pour 16h car il l'avais louer a une autre personne a 16h30 et que si je le rapportais en retard cetais 50$ de l'heure de retard que je le rapportais toute les autres endroit ou j'ai louer un camion avant j'avais le camion pour 24hrs pour le même prix,ces vraiment pas une bonne place pour louer des camions la tank a gaz étais vide au départ en plus ont na même pas fait le tour du camion avant pour voir les endroits qui étais endomager sur le camion prennez des photos si ca vous arrive car il vont vous dire que ces vous qui avez fait du dommage au camion moi ces ce que j'avais fait au cas ou Sérieusement chercher ailleurs vous trouverez mieu ces sur et avec un bien meilleur service ces un conseil Need a moving truck? Bref on est très loin d'un Dépanneur ou même d'une Tabagie, c'est une vraie boutique avec beaucoup de choix de saveurs qui vaut le détour, et de bons prix aussi! Ils chargent 5$ de frais pour la désinfection mais ne le font pas (la console était tachée de café et les vielles boîtes de déménagement était encore là). Et ils ont essayé de me facturer 10 KM de plus en abaissant le kilométrage de départ du camion sur le contrat vs le réel. Bref terrible expérience tant au niveau du service à la clientèle que de la tarification ( 65$ pour une location de 1:30 et 20 km avec un econoline) Do not especially rent trucks there, the arrogant owner added the U Haul insurance to me even if I had specified that I did not want it, pretending that he could not do anything and that I had to call at U Haul directly.
