★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J ai aucune commentaires à dire sur le service le réfrigérateur est très bien livré hier les livreurs polis mais par contre tous mon murs de descente d escalier est à refaire je trouve juste ce point désagréable
 I have no comments to say about the service the refrigerator is very well delivered yesterday the polite delivery men but on the other hand all my downstairs walls need to be redone I just find this point unpleasant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Septembre 2021. Avons acheté cuisiniere reconditionneé qui fut livrée rapidement. . Apres deux jours, petit probleme avec le four. Avons téléphoné pour aviser et le lendemain Adel lui meme, le proprio car il manquait de personnel du a la pandémie est revenu la chercher ( a 50KM du magasin) pour réparation tres rapide en atelier . Merci Adel pour le bon service, ton professionalisme et la gentillesse de tes livreurs. Quand ca va mal on peut le dire MAIS.......quand ca va bien...il faut le faire aussi. Alors, C H A P E A U !!!! Bazard du Nord, vous allez me revoir et j'invite tous mes amis a faire de meme. . (Louyse)
September 2021. We bought a reconditioned cooker which was delivered quickly. . After two days, little problem with the oven. We called to advise and the next day Adel himself, the owner because he lacked personnel due to the pandemic came back to get her (50KM from the store) for very quick repair in the workshop. Thank you Adel for the good service, your professionalism and the kindness of your delivery people. When things are going badly we can say it BUT ....... when things are going well ... we have to do it too. So, C H A P E A U !!!! Bazard du Nord, you will see me again and I invite all my friends to do the same. . (Louyse)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons acheté un frigo qui fonctionne bien pour le sous sol. Il y a eu un problème par contre avec les livreurs qui ont malheureusement brisé le mur dans l'escalier. Je dois vous dire que j'ai été agréablement surprise du service du proprio. Je n'ai pas eu à payer la livraison et il m'a remis sans problème l'argent pour faire réparer le mur. J'appelle ça prendre soin de son client.
We bought a fridge that works well for the basement. However, there was a problem with the delivery people who unfortunately broke the wall on the stairs. I must tell you that I was pleasantly surprised with the service from the owner. I didn't have to pay for the delivery and he gave me the money to fix the wall with no problem. I call it taking care of your client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On nous dit que tous les appareils sont testés. C'est faux. J'ai acheté 4 electros. Il y avait des bas dans la sortie de la sécheuse... Elle surchauffe et non fonctionnelle. Ok, ils l'ont remplacé. Ensuite, la laveuse n'arrive pas à changer de cycle. On me dit appuis fort sur le couvercle. Éventuellement, même ça ne fonctionne plus. Alors, j'ai réparé moi-même. Ensuite, le four surchauffe... Le propriétaire est fâché que je ne sois pas satisfait. Ah bon... Ils reviennent (3e fois) pour réparer. Pour finir, le merveilleux frigo qu'il m'a convaincu de prendre (en upgrade), ne va pas plus bas que 57F après 3 mois. 37 est idéal et 40 devrait être le MAX.
PLUS JAMAIS à cet endroit. Paquet de troubles.
Mise à jour 24 mai: J'ai mis le four à broil pour la première fois. Il n'arrête plus ?♂️. J'ai fermé le braker. Quand je le remets, ben le broil se poursuit.... Quel gaspillage d'argent cet endroit. Vraiment...
We are told that all devices are tested. It's wrong. I bought 4 appliances. There were lows in the dryer outlet... It overheated and not functional. Ok, they replaced it. Then the washer fails to change cycles. I'm told press hard on the lid. Eventually, even that doesn't work anymore. So I fixed it myself. Then the oven overheats... The owner is angry that I am not satisfied. Ah good... They come back (3rd time) to repair. Finally, the marvelous fridge that he convinced me to take (upgraded), does not go lower than 57F after 3 months. 37 is ideal and 40 should be the MAX.
NEVER AGAIN at this place. Pack of troubles.
Update May 24: I put the oven on broil for the first time. He doesn't stop ?♂️. I closed the braker. When I put it back, well the broil continues... What a waste of money this place is. Really...

Trés gentil ( exellent service)??
I have just arrived in Canada for 3 months, I am in the process of furnishing my first apartment, as I have shopped for 4 appliances in the nine. the price was around 4700$, thanks to the bazard du nord terrebonne 4 appliances for 1100 $ Refurbished, for 2 and a half months no problem, thanks for the owner. Very kind (exellent service)??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté 4 électros-ménager au mois de novembre. La livraison s'est fait comme prévu et Adel le proprio était présent pour s'assurer que tout était bien installé. Hier, j'ai eu un problème avec le frigidaire, j'ai appelé au Bazard du Nord et 2 heures plus tard Adel et son homme réparateur étaient déjà chez moi pour régler le problème. Ça leur a pris environ 15 minutes et c'était réglé !
Mon frigidaire fonctionne de nouveau très bien. Donc : Bons prix et très bon service après vente, merci beaucoup Adel pour le service rapide
I bought 4 household appliances in November. Delivery went as planned and Adel the owner was on hand to make sure everything was set up properly. Yesterday I had a problem with the fridge, I called Bazard du Nord and 2 hours later Adel and his repairman were already at my house to fix the problem. It took them about 15 minutes and it was fixed!
My fridge is working fine again. So: Good prices and very good after-sales service, thank you very much Adel for the fast service
