I would like to point out that I received a phone call from the general manager Mr Jonathan Cameron day before, that is, on the 22nd of august 2018. I wanted to take a minute to highlight his professionalism and empathy throughout the phone and the follow up call that I received from him. I strongly believe that if all phone calls were dealt in this manner, there would be no room for errors or wrong information being given. I just want to say a big thank you Mr Cameron for displaying good customer service, active listening and taking into considerations all the facts in a timely and effective manner.
