Maxime Leboeuf was a true professional. I contacted him by phone and he was straightforward forward from the onset, he knew his stuff and was was not trying to pressure me to purchase at all. We with him a couple of days after my call and my wife and I purchased the vehicle from him the same day since his communication was open and honest from the onset, hence facilitated an easy transaction. Having purchased numerous vehicles in my life, appreciate his approach since he genuinely wanted to understand my needs and actually help us. Well done Maxime, thank you and see you in three years. I was service by salesman Etienne who worked hard to make us happy customers with no pressure to buy. We then dealt with Caroline who was a delicate very down to earth, honest and patient, something we rarely see in customer service these days

I want to start with something positive. To buy a new car in this dealership was fantastic idea, very nice and attentive customer service. But today I changed tires for winter and I can say that I have not yet met such a terrible service. A month ago when I came to book an appointment, I asked how long it would take to change the tires, I was told 50min or up to an hour. Today I asked again about the time before giving the keys and they confirmed that it would take up to an hour. As a result, I waited 1 hour 45 minutes !!! How can you plan your working day then??? Kindly next time let your customers know that this service will take 2 hours. I am very disappointed.(((

They'll see your pockets before your needs, they do not listen at all. Even though we are window shopping, they only think HGregoire is the only dealership that offers what they have, ha! avoid them please, once they know you not buying(put a deposit) they go running to their "director" aka the sweet talking trying to convince to not lose this chance. They are annoying and not helpful at all, they will pressure for no reason.

A big thank you to Alexandre for the exceptional service! Buying a new car is always a stressful time and he went out of his way to ensure that I was within my price range, including informing me of a corporate discount I have with my company for which I was not aware which helped me stay within my target budget. All in all I was well informed, no pressure and extremely happy with my purchase.

Do yourself a favor and go to any other Nissan but this one. Sales: Pro: Will always appear friendly and give you plenty of information Con: anything promised or you been informed about, you will have to fight to get it, good luck. Service: Pro: Possibly the less worse department of the place, tho they will not give you information about repair (what and why) and just shove you a bill in the face. Con: Unless you decided to take insurance for your leased car, be prepared that they not care for your satisfaction, are not there to help you in any way, and will make sure that any non-accidental damage on the vehicule is 1000% your responsability and never theirs. Summary; you dont care about quality service, cars and have money to throw the window, this is the place for you.

What a worst experience just received!! Called in to take an appointment but then had to cancal it which was done no later than 10 mins after it was booked. Next day they called me if I'm still willing to book an appoitment today since they care for their customers and dont forget about them.. haha sounds nice but here we go I had to drive 1 hour all the way from west to their dealer and GUESS WHAT???? they guy who I'm suppose to see telling me, they already took the deposit for the car and I'm really sorry but I dont even know why this happened. What a waste of time ?? They convinced me to take an appointment and then this. Wow, I would never recommmed anyone to try their services because its just terrible when they have zero communication within their own team.
