Five stars for sales friendly and attentive. i bought a used mitsubishi eclipse 2012 in november that had a 160 point inspection .unfortunatly the ac wasn't part of the inspection .i bought it in november and didnt use the ac until the begining of may when i discovered it wasn't working.i called to inquire about it the lady in the service department said it was my problem.i tried to explain what the problem was but she was rude so i thanked her for her time.Buyers beware check the AC because it could be a costly repair.

Sales rep Bruno didn't let me have a copy of the price details of a car and told me to "just sign the f'n documents and forget about talking it over with my significant other" so pushy and rude. All I did was show interest and they acted like a owed them something. All the while I just came in for a rim change and after they badgered me for an hour while I waited I figured ide humour them as to not be rude and see what deal they had to offer. And in the end he got mad because I wanted to sleep on it. Don't trust that guy.Very very weird experience at this place. I'll get my servicing at a private garage from now on. If this is who Mitsubishi is hiring.

My husband and I were shopping around to test drive the 2021 Mirage to replace the 2017 model we had. Keep in mind we had purchased the 2017 Mirage to replace our first Mirage (2015) . We had gone to our local Mitsubishi dealer in Laval (on Cure-labelle) to find out whether they had any in stock. To say I was disappointed with the sales department is an understatement. Both my husband and myself work closely with new car sales in our employment,, and we both agreed, the lack of professionalism was almost insulting. We pulled into the parking lot in our 2017 Mirage, made a beeline for the 2021 Mirage on the showroom floor....and just stood there, for 35 minutes. We walked around the car, even said hello as various salesmen walked past us.. only to keep walking and staring at their phones. After being unable to speak to anyone, and being unable to even view the interior of the vehicle, as it was locked, and would remain so, due to the fact that NO ONE even enquired as to whether we would like any assistance or maybe an informative pamphlet. We left, that evening, found the Boisvert Mitsubishi dealer and...WOWEE!!! The service was courteous and attentive, without being pushy or desperate. Everything from beginning to end was explained in detail. All questions were answered with patience and understanding, and this has continued even months later. I will absolutely buy my next car here, a bit more than an hours drive from home, but hands down.....THE ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE OF ANY NEW CAR DEALER in my experience thus far. Shockingly bad experience! Had an appointment to test drive a used car and they sold the car out from under me 2 hours before my appointment. Worse they said their system for appointments was not capable of communicating between 3 sales people. Three. God help them if they ever have 4. So many other points of frustration dealing with theses salesmen. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Oh...and then they blamed it on Covid-19.

First of all, I would like to give a big thank you to the Blainville Mitsubishi team! One word... WOW!!!!! The lady at the reception warmly welcomed me by offering me a latte, I met a charming young lady her name is Shana. After my negociation with her, I had the chance to meet the sales manager ... I think his name is Renaud. Really an awesome manager. We had a good laugh together, and he even gave me winter tires and rugs. Since I am a loyal Mitsubishi customer...I really recommand this place, it`s the best dealer of Mitsubishi I went so far.

I went to test drive a car. It was already sold and I was offered another car, which I found nice that I was given an option. The option was out of my budget. I went to ask for my keys so I could leave and the director was not happy. I left and I even got yelled at by the sales director . I’m pretty sure I am not the first or the last client that has been treated this way by this person . The sales person was super nice, and the lady that set up the meeting was super nice which tells me that it is not Mitsubishi’s fault. It might only be a problem with this director that can’t treat a customer that way. I would have returned to by a car. I am for sure going to another Mitsubishi because I really loved the car.
