Very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond to my many texts and emails. Made my experience at MB Blainville very memorable ,with special added touches when the car was purchased. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -They Sold me a car - I Paid a deposit - Signed a contract - Got congratulate from Rad (sales Man) Stephanie (Financed manager).
The Next Day, They refused to deliver the car - For reasons of ...
-Mercedes did not approve of my purchase - Even the banks approved financing.
-I talked to manager Yvon Bouchee to clarify and asked him to honor his contract .
-Yvon ( the manager ) told me that he wants to lease the car to make more money and he does not care about the contract and does not have to honor the contract and he says " you signed the contract not me and come pick up your deposit "
-Yvon was very rude , disrespectful and loud on the phone and all he cared was to lease the car to get more money as inventory is low and he did not pay any attention to my concerns.
-I have offered a full payment but Yvon refused it . The reason Yvon say " you might export the car " what a non-sense ! what a liar .
Bad management, the dealership ambiance is obnoxious, the sales men and staff are all stressed out .
The lady in the front desk is friendly and polite and one star is for her !

Also after looking at reviews that they judge people on the basis of their color. I will take my business to a BMW dealership, because they don't judge people on the basis of their color.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family recently purchased a Lexus RX 350 F Sport from Mercedes Blainville and our premier experience compels us to write a review in high praise.
I arrived at the dealership from Toronto for an initial inspection. Philippe Larouche, our sales person was very professional and did a great job answering our questions and spending time to go over the car’s features and functions.
After confirmation of intent to purchase, the financing and paperwork was prepared ready for us to sign during pickup the following week.
I have high praise for Philippe, Pascal the manager, Loukia from financing, Denise from admin, and others who I became acquainted with. The great team at Mercedes Blainville made each stage of the car buying experience preeminently exceptional.
I have to say I was also throughly impressed by quality of the dealership building and the vast selection of wonderful Mercedes’ vehicles. Hopefully next time we will return to purchase a Mercedes.
I have no problem endorsing Mercedes Blainville to anyone who is looking for a great selection of cars and a premier dealership experience. Thank you very much.
