★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been doing business with Ste-Thérèse Toyota for the last 8 years and have always been extremely pleased with the service they provide. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help.
In particular, Patrick and Patrice have been extremely helpful and open anytime we have approached them for purchase-related inquiries. We've had nothing but excellent experiences with them. Even after purchasing our vehicles, Patrick has always stayed in contact with us to ensure everything has been going smoothly.
Would highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular.

Michel the estimator in Carstar Ste-thérese Toyota is truly amazing! my car bumper was damaged and dropped out in an accident; Michel knew what exactly the problem and fixed it on the spot at the same time of the visit! My car is brand new again! Talk about excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
Just a small issue with the replacement car which had problem of the battery and doesn’t work when I needed it to pickup my child from school!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One day ago I went there want to change the break for the car , the reception is good , but mechanics was too bad , because of the price too high I did not fix the problems there , then I went the other garage , they found the mechanic in Toyota did not help me tighten the screws . That is veru dangerous . It happended in dealer so horrible .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best place to buy a car. The staff is incredibly kind and they do everything to make your leasing/purchase suitable for your needs. Sim was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He made sure that all my question were answered and that I left with the ultimate best of prices. Then you had Mr. Desjardins in finances who goes above and beyond to make every step an easy process but very descriptive and patient in explaining how everything works. He’s very funny and social makes you feel part of the Toyota family. Will definitely be buying back from these 2 fantastic fellas in a couple of years. VERY COMPETITIVE RATES. Look no where else Toyota ste Therese is where it’s at!!!!!!!!!! There was also a very kind bilingual young lady ( I feel so bad don’t remember her name) that I signed off the papers with who made the purchase end on an amazing note. Thanks Toyota you guys rock!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only did they great job on repairing my car (and it was a major repair involving both the front and the rear of the vehicle), but when I went to pick it up, I found out that they had also cleaned it inside and out! I appreciate this level of dedication to customer satisfaction. It's always a pleasure to do business with such professionals. Definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very unimpressed with this dealer. We purchased a RAV4 Hybrid SE in 2018, it was a very easy sale since we knew what we wanted. Last week we were solicited by the salesman in a written letter with very competitive financing offers. We requested a reserve on a car we were interested in the day before and made an appointment with this salesman. We offered to come to the dealership immediately to write everything up and buy the car, he said no problem you can come in the morning and we'll handle it all. GREAT!!! so we thought. Upon our arrival we were told that the car had been sold the previous evening. No follow ups, we've been chasing this guy. He's been of no help whatsoever. We give up, Ste-Therese Toyota, you lost a loyal Toyota customer. Unfortunately I cannot take a star away so one star it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a TRAIN WRECK!!!
The Toyota brand has been tarnished for me with this dealership. They are completely disorganized, nobody is ever capable to find anything in their system. They lose information all the time. There was something wrong with my car, I knew it - something clearly off with the suspension in the front left tire for my Venza. I asked them to test it so that they could pinpoint what the problem was (would make noise and give a loud "CLICK" when turning sometimes).
They charged me around 300-400 dollars saying that they tested it a lot and found nothing wrong with it.
Had to go to a competent Toyota Dealer (where I bought the car 300km away), Boulevard Toyota to diagnose properly and tell me the parts I needed to order.
I took this list of parts to Ste-Therese Toyota, OVER A MONTH AGO, and they lost everything, they say they are following up, and cannot even give me a rough estimate as to when pieces will arrive.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone owning a Toyota - extremely frustrating to deal with.
