I went in to change tires. When I changed to my winter tires in October, I was told about my brakes needing some maintenance. I said I’d do it in the spring and was planning to use the 10% off coupon they leave in the car after anytime you bring the car in. I tried to use the coupon today and wasn’t allowed to use it because “I didn’t deny the service and then come back” because apparently that is the only time they allow the coupon. I get that 10% wouldn’t be that much, but I just thought it was terrible business. Not impressed.

Service writer did a fine job of up-selling on the maintenance but neglected to let the mechanic take off the tires to keep up appearances before suggesting a brake clean. Its a little hard to suggest a brake cleaning before you actually see the brakes. You got me on the "Yearly Wheel Alignment" but you missed the mark with the 250 dollar brake clean! All in all the service was great and I'm much more educated on navigating the maintenance game so thank you all so very much.

I had a problem when my ABS light kept coming on and off. I came and had the problem diagnosed and a stop switch was ordered. I cam back this morning to have it installed and the work was done in approximately 1:15 hr. I was very happy on how the whole experience went, I am not use to getting VIP treatment when bringing my vehicle serviced at a car dealership. Had my Nissan Sentra interior cleaned. It was the $199 special. They did a fantastic job cleaning inside, out, windows, and trunk... very nice! I am very pleased. Thank you to Matthew.

I have been going to the Nissan Hunt Club dealership since 2010 when I purchased my first Nissan. I have known Pete Lavictoire since then and he has always been very professional, pleasant, respectful and accommodating! Very impressed!

Lisa took care of everything and treated me like family. Even though I gave her a hard time due to my situation, she remained professional and took care of everything. There is never any pressure to buy at this dealership, but rather, a sense of genuine desire to help you make the right decision. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and helpful. They kept their promises in finding me the car I was looking for even in this tough market!! I would recommend anyone to bring their business to the Hunt Club Nissan.

Was told I would be charged $159 just to have the issue diagnosed if the issue wasn’t covered under Warranty. I asked if the $159 would be put towards the fix if I had it fixed in their shop and apparently unlike all other garages they don’t do this. That’s $180 with taxes. The issue was quickly fixed under warranty but low marks for not following the industry standard around charging for diagnostics and repair. My fault for buying $100,000 worth of Nissan cars I guess. Should have went with Toyota. While dealing with a dealership is a pulse… paying $180 for them just to tell you have an issue and not put that towards a fix is an unreasonable money grab. I would recommend a local garage over the dealership repairs if your not under warranty.

I started my vehicle on a cold morning to find out that my heat blower wasn't working. I contacted Dawn and she helped me through the process. This was the first issue that I have had in the 4 years that I have had my vehicle and wasn't sure if I could go to another location to get serviced. Dawn made me feel very comfortable from the appointment to the drop off and pick up. Everything was fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Dawn for being so very helpful and answering all my questions. I look forward to working with you in the future.
