Edit **bumps in the process but still got the deal done.. at a slightly higher payment** -2 Star Edit ***Service Department not upto the task.. I Book An Appointment for 2pm for a simple oil change.. by 2:50 my car was still sitting there.. I asked for the keys and left.. why make an appointment just to park it in the back!!*** -2 Stars ****Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.. I am stunned by the lack of morals and responsibility on display.**** Original Comment: Aaron worked hard with me to get the car I wanted.. we talked about what I felt was important and he did what was necessary to meet those expectations. Financing was a breeze, Again they worked with me to find a payment plan that worked. Overall I'm giving a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review, if you are looking into a new car I suggest stopping by their website ASAP and getting in touch with Aaron when you find "the one."

My experience at Car Canada was definitely a good one. Exceptional service with very good moral. The salesman Josh was very nice as well as helpful, and the financial part of things went very smooth with the fine help from Jon. I will 100% recommend this company to friends, and family. Thanks gentlemen OUTSTANDING job...

Strange conversation. I asked about if it was a good time to come in, as it was within an hour of closing and I wanted to be considerate. The guy just said they didn't have much inventory, or cars on the lot. He asked me what type of car I wanted, I told him and he just said there were none there of that type. That was it. Not sure if maybe he just wanted to get home? It was weird.

I cannot speak for the quality of the vehicle yet, we have just picked it up and that is a long-term evaluation. This is basee on the buying experience. We have never bought a vehicle here and drove from Kingston to do so. Initial contact through email was very courteous and professional, I had some questions prior to making the 90min drive.   Upon arrival, salesperson Aaron was very easy to talk to and it was a pleasant experience. Not that there was negotiation going on however the few minor request I had were met.  No issues to report whatsoever. The vehicle was ready in a couple of days with my minor requests I had met, and we drove off. Very pleasant, professional experience car buying experience.  I would highly recommend them, especially Aaron who's new in the business but doing well (I sold cars for years and worked in the industry for almost 15yrs) . We have no problem looking for our next used vehicle at Car Canada, whenever that may be. Again, very pleasant and professional yet down-to-earth approach from Aaron to Nicholas the financial guy to Anthony the sales manager. Thanks for a smooth transaction guys.

Aaron was a pleasure to deal with. Update: April 2022 Warning: avoid this dealership -particularly the service department- at all costs! I purchased my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Car Canada in April 2018. My sales experience with Aaron was excellent. My Jeep came with a 'complimentary' lifetime (unlimited kilometer) powertrain warranty, which was without question the number one selling feature for this vehicle. The only condition for the warranty was that I have all oil changes and tire rotations completed at a Myers service centre. After 2 years of driving 40 minutes each way to have this basic service completed - which I could have easily done myself for less than 30% of the cost, in less time than it took me to drive one-way to the stealership - my Jeep required a $4,000 powertrain repair. To my surprise, I am informed that my warranty was void due to a missed tire rotation and a missed air filter change. When I argued that all the service had been performed by the dealership as required, I was informed that the warranty was performed by a third party, therefore it was out of their hands. Unacceptable! Every service interval indicated a required tire rotation, and I had never been informed of a necessary air filter replacement. The service department either did not perform the tire rotation as required, or they did not document it - neither of which was my problem. I had proof of purchase to show that I had changed the air filter myself. Car Canada paid for the $4,000 repair after a lengthy and frustrating battle. One week later, I received a recall notice for the part they replaced - but they ignored my request to be reimbursed for the $200 deductible I had agreed to, and I was still left with a void warranty for future powertrain issues. Fast forward to this spring: I began to have multiple electronic issues with my powertrain modules. After repeatedly bringing my Jeep to the dealership for diagnosis, and receiving outrageous quotes for unnecessary repairs ($1300 for an abs module that mysteriously began to work perfectly after 2 days, for example) I finally had enough and sold the Jeep (at a major loss) in order to buy a Toyota Tundra from another vendor. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND DON'T LOOK BACK!

Bought an Explorer there over a year ago. Just got my third scheduled oil change. Had a PTU oil leak problem serviced twice by a Ford dealer on warrenty. It still leak's and now this Ford dealer says it's out of warranty! So the blame game starts.#@$% Shane service manager at car Canada was super helpful in shifting the blame back on dealer for faulty parts or poor workmanship. Will update results shortly. Shot out to Kyle who made a smooth oil change and coordinate some evidence gathering. Thank you to both. ??
