We use Benson's services for our pool in Ottawa and when Fraser confirmed that his team would be able to go over to Aylmer to open, clean and start Mom's pool I was elated! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service and price! I got quotes from 2 companies and Benson was $2000 cheaper than the other company (although they did take a while to get back with initial quote). Fraser kept in contact, did an excellent job with acid wash and came back a couple of times to check on balance of pool - very professional. We will use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted this company with regards to ordering parts. I was met with a very rude response. The exact words I recieved were "To be honest I don’t really have time for that" when I asked for help to figure out what exactly I needed. I was very shocked as I ordered parts from this company a few years back and got a response right away and got parts right away. Now, it has been a week since I have heard from them and likely won't hear back from them. This part is a proprietary part from a company they sell parts for and service these parts as well. Long and short of my story, I fully understand companies are busy right now, I understand he must be overwhelmed with calls and emails, as me, myself work for a pool company, but I would NEVER respond to someone in this manner, especially when I want to give them my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a fantastic job of renovating our concrete pool! The owner opened up on a Sunday so my wife and I could review all of the options (of which there are many!) and select colours, tiles, etc. Their on-site workers were extremely polite, clean and quite. The EcoFinish looks stunning and our pool is better than new! There was even an issue with some minor peeling of the finish, and they came back extremely quickly to drain the pool and reapply the finish.
We couldn't be happier with the outcome! If you have a concrete pool that needs work, these guys are the best game in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benson Pools revived our inground concrete pool last summer and did a fantastic job. We enjoyed working with the owner, Jeff, from start to finish and his crew was courteous and delivered what was promised. We had their team winterize the pool last fall (including pool cover installation) and open it today, and they answered all our questions. We have high expectations and we believe Benson’s is deserving of a 5-star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When other companies don't answer phones or emails using the "Covid excuse ", Benson responds. Some emails come in well after their closing and normal business hours. It has been a great pleasure dealing with them as they understand customer service and don't ignore their customers, even when they are just as busy as the other local pool companies who never respond. Times are challenging and busy for everyone, there will come a time when it is not and I will remember that Benson Pools was the company who cared and acknowledged me and the other companies will wonder where everyone went. Kudos to Fraser, Shy and everyone else on the Benson Team.
