I went there to check a car they posted online for a X price. You'd think that advertised prices should cover everything, except registration. I was wrong. So, I test drove the car & liked it. I negotiated the price down to minus $1000. I was surprised how easy that was! Everything seemed fine (unusual for dealerships) although I spent an hour later trying to doge all the overpriced packages they were trying to sell me. Two and a half hours later and as I was about to sign the final document that breaks down all the fees, I noticed that there was a $980 "admin fee" added to the price! I said I didn't agree on that! What's the point of giving me a $1000 discount only to add it back as a "hidden fee". The initial employee made an execuse saying that he showed me what my monthly installments would be. Yeah he did, but didn't explain that they are adding $980 to the total! What they do is that they hide the actual total of the car & directly give you what the monthly payments would be. SO KEEP YOURS EYES OPEN. Add insult to injury, the supervisor came after I decided to cancel the deal. The first thing he said is that the "online price includes everything". I said that's exactly what I'm trying to say! That's MY point! He seemed confused. He took the paper that shows the price breakdown & went to speak to someone else. He came back & said that we can deduct a certain amount from the admin fee that covers some safety insurance BS. I said that leaves me with $500 extra. I requested to cancel the deal. He went again & spoke to the showroom manager & it took less than 10 seconds to come out & say that they can't do anything else. I canceled the deal & left with no one even apologizing for wasting my time! Sorry for the long rant.

I usually have to stand around in drive thru bay while waiting to see service advisors...could be on phone for a bit or with another customer or theres just 1 person there....would be nice if service waiting area had some chairs. Just feels like they are all bored or something...hate to say it but could use some either younger or more personable folks to liven things up a bit.

Previously I rated 3 sorry it was my bad I got a used truck from the showroom the experience was pathetic overall .. misinformation and lack of communication.. and above all I was told that a rustproof underbody coating was performed and was charged a $1000 but after 6 months when I took the car for an oil change at another place i was told that the underbody coating was never done on the truck... Called them back and the showroom happily reimburse the money ..but how many people are gonna take the car on a ramp and look underneath to see if these works are performed??? Overall a pathetic experience ..

I would like to share my unforgettable experience. Thank you, Darren, for your exceptional approach to me and my family. It was with great pleasure that I understood that you refused to sell me the car, even that the documents were already signed, even that I already had the insurance and the bank check. I understand you well, you don't like people who pay with cash. So, don't sign the contract! Imagine, what a pleasure I had when I tried to explain to my disabled daughter with autism why I can't take the car home which she already likes so much. So, go ahead, Darren, you can do a lot more harm to the next customer. I believe in you! I wish you good health and especially very good health to your child (in a good way). Be happy, Darren.

Simply put. The service department advisor we dealt with recently was quite literally the worst "customer service" experience I might have ever had. I work in sales, so I always am patient and friendly with customer facing employees as I am one myself. But this was too much. This lady was rude, unwelcoming, treated us like we were bothering her being there, and in the multiple interactions we had with her in person and over the phone, she was incredibly unprofessional, and had zero compassion or knowledge whatsoever when asked questions. We were facing the loss of thousands of dollars and our family vehicle that we needed for our 1 year old... Even a bit of compassion goes a long way if help wasn't possible. Instead we got her ... I'm blown away they would put someone like that literally as the first person you run into walking in this place. I won't get into detail of our situation of why we were there but that was pretty terrible too. I'll never go to this place ever again, because of one person.

My car needed repairs and the insurance recommended Surgenor Barrhaven. I dealt with Mike Perras, who took time to explain me what needed to be done, how long it would take and next steps. He even went above and beyond his duties to book a rental car for me. Super satisfied with the end product. Hopefully you won’t need his services in the near future, but if you do and you want quality and reliability, this is the place!
