I went in a the start of February, not sure what to expect this time around because of the long waits for new car deliveries. Linda greeted me when I first walked in and put me at ease within the first few minutes. She was absolutely awesome to deal with, she’s extremely knowledgeable and she negotiated a phenomenal deal for me. When the car was delivered, she had taken care of programming in all the great features for me , explained all of the options thoroughly, answered all my questions (there were a lot) and made sure my phone was paired up before I drove away. I really can’t thank her enough!! She really made this post Covid car buying experience great for me. Narong over on the finance side was also fantastic. He also explained things thoroughly and answered another load of questioning I had for him with patients and good humour. I can’t thank him enough either. The team at Barrhaven Honda has made me a customer for life!

From the moment I walked in he was friendly and honest. We quickly negotiated a great deal for my wife and I on our “new to us” minivan. I picked it up today and even got it earlier than expected. The vehicle was spotless and everything fixed up perfectly. Even the gas tank was full. Very surprised at the extra steps Kevin and the mechanics at this dealership took to make sure our vehicle was going to be reliable for years to come. They went over it with a fine tooth comb and fixed things I probably never would have noticed needed done.
