★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté une pompe LX en 2016 dont j'ai perdu une vis pour le drainage. J'ai parlé, au téléphone, à un représentant qui m'a confirmé qu'il aurait une solution à mon problème. Sur place, j'ai acheté 2 vis recommandés par le commis pour mon type de pompe. Heureusement que j'avais ma pompe, car la vis n'était pas compatible. je retourne dans le magasin pour chercher une autre solution, mais, il n'y a eu aucun 'effort pour m'aider à trouver une solution ou me proposer une autre alternative. En plus , je devais faire 60 km.
I bought an LX pump in 2016 and lost a screw for drainage. I spoke, over the phone, to a representative who confirmed to me that he would have a solution to my problem. On site, I bought 2 screws recommended by the clerk for my type of pump. Fortunately I had my pump, because the screw was not compatible. I go back to the store to look for another solution, but, there has been no effort to help me find a solution or offer me another alternative. In addition, I had to do 60 km.
