Ils devaient passer terminer un travail qui avait déjà été payé l'année passée. Ils nous garantissaient commencer l'année avec nous fin avril et maintenant nous sommes le 27 mai et ils ne sont plus rejoignables et font comme s’ils n’existaient pas. Le pire dans cela est que ce travail a déjà été payé! Téléphone, courriel ou message texte, aucune réponse. Nous avons payé pour des choses qui n’ont jamais été faites et nous retrouvons avec une piscine qui ne fl fonctionne pas, du pavé uni qui a bougé après un hiver et des pentes vers la maison! Et ce n’était pas une Job de 5000$, c’était pour plus de 100 000$ de contrat. Vous avez détruit notre été! I find it unfortunate to write these lines but Aménagement Paysager & Arboriculture Dumoulin inc. is a fraudulent company. They had to come and finish a job that had already been paid for last year. They guaranteed us to start the year with us at the end of April and now it is May 27 and they are no longer reachable and pretend they did not exist. The worst part is that this work has already been paid for! Phone, email or text message, no response. We paid for things that have never been done and we end up with a swimming pool that does not work, paving stones that moved after a winter and slopes towards the house! And it was not a $ 5,000 Job, it was for more than $ 100,000 contract. You destroyed our summer!
