Response to the owner: My spouse has already sent you the sales contract, but unfortunately you no longer return calls and emails without providing a solution. Installation of an Azur swimming pool in 2015, gradual discoloration of the sides and bottom over the following years and then complete 3 years later. Although Nautika guarantees the hull against fading for 25 years, good luck honoring the warranty! Exchange with the owner at the start, but who quickly no longer returns calls and ignores emails. Not strong after sales service! Result, horrible pool in our yard and no solution to fix the problem. I never give an opinion, but that's too much! It is a shame to see a company from here that does not respect these customers. If ever a solution is found to our situation, I will be happy to correct the situation and share my experience, but in the meantime, I do not recommend investing your savings with this company, you will regret it!

We purchased the azure white fiberglass pool in 2016 and were assisted with the installation, everything went well and we were well advised. The quality of the product is there, no discoloration, we have a chlorine system as recommended by the seller. We are very satisfied!

This is the worst customer service ever. Once paid, no more return calls. We had the pool installed the 1st week of July 2021, the installation lasted until mid-September, there were always delays. Everything was done twice. The slab outline had to be redone because it took so long to do the cement. The slabs collapsed. Despite the double installation, there is still visible glue around the pool. The cement cracked after a month and after a winter it is full of holes. There is also a spot near the pool steps which is not level so there is water accumulation. During the installation there were accidents, paramedics, firefighters, public works and hydro came to the house. A light pole was broken, an accident with injuries, and so on. the company never called to apologize and in addition, the work dragged on without a return call. The plumbing was not installed in the right place as provided for in the plan. They never returned in 2021. Following appointments constantly postponed until November 2021. A promise was made to return in the spring of 2022, several calls before having a follow-up. An appointment was made and the plumber did not show up. Just like at several meetings in the fall of 2021. I do not recommend this company at all. At the price of swimming pools, one would think to have a minimum of customer service!!

We bought a swimming pool from Nautika in the summer of 2019, very good service on the sales side. We bought their larger 12x27 model all in a turnkey project. Excavation, installation, pavement sidewalk on the side of the garage as well as concrete under the balcony with rear patio door and around the pool and terrace around 13x20. All under contract. As mentioned by another post below we had some issues with the paver guys (dumb looking), not happy with the fact that I mention that there was some broken paver before it was even installed. They decided to leave without carrying out the work for the fountain and the paving stone on the side of the house. We haven't had a fountain for a good part of the summer, as well as a side of the house that has been plowed up by construction. Following an intervention by Mario (one of the owners, they came to complete the work. In addition, we had advised that our land was moving a lot. For this purpose we had been advised to use sonotubes under the concrete of the swimming pool as well as under the balcony. Once all the gravel installed and prepared as well as the mesh for pouring the concrete they had omitted to put the sonotubes which was done subsequently following a recall except at the level of the balcony which must have 3 foreseen in the contract as well as on the plan. The following summer (summer 2020). Our crown of swimming pool contour pavers had moved on 70% of the swimming pool, the slabs even peeled off. In addition, the concrete under our balcony cracked. (Not that of the swimming pool) everything is ok after 2 winter. After trying to contact Mario at the beginning of summer 2020 not reachable on his cell phone. We left past the start of the season and tried again after falling on Heidi (the administrative assistant ) answer: it is registered in This contract is not covered that’s it. Uh… after only one winter I don't expect that kind of response. Yet when it comes to our balcony concrete, they are the ones who failed to pour sonotubes. Not having had any follow-up, I wrote to Mario in the summer of 2020, telling me that he was going to validate everything and come back to me. No follow-up has been done since and I started replacing a few slabs myself this summer (the most at risk which were peeled off where the children jump in the water). For my part, after-sales service very, very questionable for all the costs of the project. In addition, in the summer of 2020 I recommended the CIE to a work colleague who also confirmed to me that I had problems after sales. My sister-in-law bought a fibro no problem.

I just purchased a Nautika fiberglass swimming pool. Excellent service from start to finish. Delivery within the times mentioned at the start. The delivery man was very professional, clear and precise explanations for the self-construction. Excellent after-sales service, very proactive! I highly recommend this company for your pool!
