Good service but they put alot of pressure on inexperienced buyers.

I purchased 2 Mitsubishi Lancers back in June of this year, one for myself and one for my wife. Sadly one of them was in a serious accident which resulted in a total loss of the vehicle. Because I loved the car so much, I wanted the exact same make and model. I wrote an email to the quote request form and was quickly followed up with by a gentlemen named Mathieu Boyer. He was genuinely concerned regarding the accident and wanted to do what he could to help. I met with him the following week and he was able to work the price of the vehicle to match the payout of my insurance. He quickly got the ball in motion and immediately reserved my vehicle for me so I could pick it up no sooner I had check in hand. Because it was so late in the year, the vehicle is much harder to find but he made certain I had exactly what I wanted. The experience and expertise of Mathieu was like night and day from the previous representative (who no longer works there). He was able to answer all of my questions quickly and accurately. If you're looking to buy a Mitsubishi I strongly recommend that you let Mathieu handle your case.

Yanick sales man he was great but from the management side it was very unprofessional. If I go back this location only for Yanick not for the other service.

It happened that I booked a test drive for a car that I liked... to my surprise when I arrived there apparently the car belongs to another place and that it was sold.. I had to actually insist to have a test drive, and the worst is that the next day someone at the sales have sent me an email to invite me again to test the car and guess what? It was exactly the car that they told me was sold

After visiting many other places i purchased the car at Terrebonne at a very competitive rate. No hidden cost, all is clear and well explained. Very quick, professional service , no waist of time, i am very satisfied with the transaction.

My husband and I did not have the most pleasant experience shopping at Terrebonne Mitsubishi for a variety of reasons. A lot of things went wrong in the process, mistakes were made and there was a lot of miscommunication. I had previously posted a more detailed review about my experience with explicit details, saying how extremely disappointed I was, especially with the director since he was our only point of contact (the person assigned to us had never reached out). After reading my review, the director reached out to discuss what went wrong in the process. He understood and agreed that things could have and should have been handled better and, although we didn't see eye to eye on everything, I appreciated him taking the time to call, apologize for what went wrong and listen to how everything went down throughout the transaction (from the number of kilometers not being as advertised to taking home a car with an empty tank, etc). He offered gas credit to make up for the empty gas tank which he said he was unaware of until reading my review. He seemed to also be unaware of a few other things which he said in the future, he would double check after the way this turned out. Although our experience won't change, I'm glad things were discussed and that the director realized we did not have a good customer experience. Good customer service is very important to us whether we're buying a car or anything else, and although things didn't go smoothly throughout the purchase of our new car, we were able to end on good terms with somewhat of an understanding which shows that Guyaume (the director) cares about his clients when it comes to ensuring a good overall experience as he tried to make things right in the end.
