I came to change oil after one year and I drive for more than 50 KM just to make sure that I do maintenance for their car at their location but ... they open on time but the cleaner while sterilizing inside the car left a lot of dust and crumbs of the tissue used for sterilization inside the car... The car went inside the workshop and came back in a very short time and the oil was changed, but without any check on the car in general ... without any check and also the car came back without cleaning from the inside and without washing from outside, although the bill includes an amount for washing the car and also for refreshment , but nothing of this happened and I received the car worse than what I brought it in terms of internal and external cleanliness ... I am really sorry for such treatment and services.
E	E M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been looking to change my car on kijiji and everywhere for a month now and yesterday i went to check a car in terrebonne at a dealer's place, on my way back i thought why not stopping by the honda to check the prices for used cars and about leasing a car since that many of my friends recommended this even though my mind was so confused about the idea of leasing a car. So i entered, and a sales representative recieved me with a smile, his name was ROBERT BIRCEA, he took me outside to see all the used car they have, then we went back inside when i asked him about leasing a car, so we sat at his desk and he explqined to me and wrote on a sheet every small detail and trick about the concept of leasing a car, and showed me the prices, then we went outside to make a lap around the building with the brandnew honda civic 2022 000010km on its kilometrage, this sales representative made everything clear to me with passion even though i told him im not sure about leasing a car. Anyway i still didnt decide yet but im considering it in january 2022.. If u ever go there ask about ROBERT BIRCEA and u will have an excellent service..

R	Robert Ianiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 cars ive bought at Honda Terrebonne and I’ve always been very well served, I always bring my cars there for service my 2018 accord 2.0T and my recent purchase 2021 Honda Odyssey, but unfortunately I will be bringing my car to Acura Laval for the only reason that I pay 112$ for an oil change at Honda and Acura charges 120$ and includes a car wash I’ve mentioned this to Honda Terrebonne several times if they can lower thier prices for the car wash but no response, charge 30$ for exterior and another 30$ for interior is ridiculous. They should offer a package deal like 130$ a interior and ext wash with oil change I would definitely come back. Apart from this issue they are a great dealer
