★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I have the option to give 0 star, I will... very very very dishonest dealer...we were just there 15mins ago to see the possibility to purchase a car... the sale rep Cynthia is her name I think, promised a deal on the phone for us to go into this dealer today... once we got here, she is not there, her director named Patrick gave another story about the car was been sold last night at 9pm, blahblah we only have this other model availble... blahblah.... listen, we are not 2 years old, you should have came out with better lies or just simply tell us you don’t want to offer the deal on the phone.... thank you for wasting our time and sadly enough your time and your reputation

If you call for Information, sales people just try to bring you to the shop and see them and convince you to buy, but they don't tell the truth . We went for a visit and they didn't have in stock the car we needed . Waste of time . If you have a car in exchange they will try to see it before they tell you the price of the car you want. Before our visit they called me non stop but at the end it was disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crazy experience, totally unexpected. I hate going to dealers since we all know we feel we will get screwed over. Well NOT this dealer. Met a fantastic sales rep Annie Guillemette. Honest, hard working, and to the point. I had 1 visit, on the second visit I closed the deal. Bought the Tucson 2017 2.0 AWD. Bye Bye Honda, Helloooo HYUNDAI!! I am not the type of person to write reviews but I was so impressed with this dealership I had to do something. The whole staff at Albi Mascouche were very professional and courteous. If your in the market for a car You must go see this dealership and most of all go see Annie Guilemette. She will definitely take care of you !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm updating my rating here. I had a great first experience with Julie when we went to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately after they sell you they don't care about you anymore. Upon walking in, the receptionist doesn't care what you need and only to get you out of her sight so she directs you to anyone available, then you have to ask around her colleagues to get the right department.
The sales Rep I dealt with left the dealership and when i called back and asked for her, instead of telling you we'll get another colleague to handle your situation, Sonia the telephone receptionist tells you "you have the wrong number" lol what a joke.
In despite of this the only good redemption point was The sales manager Patrick was courteous and gets straight to the point.
