Service manager is a thief. Never go there without making sure your under warranty. Tells you lies when other dealers tell you its not true. Trust me

Excellent dealership...first time buying a hyundai and first rate experience! Salesperson rep was excellent even phenomenal! Commercial director also the very best have ever dealt with in 35 years of buying vehicles when needed...note this is my 8th vehicle ( started with honda 2times, 1 chev , 1geo, 2 volks, 1toyota)! Best experience period...tucson was a suprise and a joy to drive! Total recomendation for both vehicle and especially dealership!!!??????????

today thursday 16th April 2020 my Hyundai santa fee was towed after i asked for service saying to service mr Simon Dugas from service told him that turuck doesn't start cant open doors electrical problem and he had it a month before the 17th of March 2020.... Told him also i have two recalls on it. They caLL ME BACK saying truck is ready ask did you do the recalls tp the service receptionist she goes i didn't know i said i told mr Dugas... he sends me an email saying can only do it monday or tuesday of the next week need to leave my truck there 5 to 6 days...illogical when he had the truck already this morning told him you don't check the recalls on vehicle when bring them at your shop,i even told you by phone...also calls me and says 2 recalls not important it can wait...so i ask him send me what you said by email and he sent me the opposite.... so i phone in to complaint to talk to mr marc andre piche the general manager the administrative receptionist mona desjardins name voice mail says i will have a manager call you back...guess who called back mr Dugas after me telling her want to compliant on Dugas this is the second time that this individual doesn't do his job properly and does part of the repairs and doesnt tell clients the whole story...wouldn't suggest this dealer service to my worst enemy really a disgrace for Hyundai no wonder the complaints don't arrive at the top they fix things between each other service and administration no service at all for clients,i AM SORRY NEEDED TO SHARE

In full transparency, the service was well at first, but with time I realize that they do not deliver on the things they say. Nice staff but bad communication skills.

I bought my Tucson 2017 in this dealership, the receptionist very polite however the garage has the worst customer service! They treat you horrible! I will never recommend this store ! And my Tucson came out defective! I called and they just told me to call another dealership because they’re closing for two weeks! Zero customer service
