Les employés, même les plus jeune, sont connaissants et engagés. Bonne prise en charge côté vélo, ajustements inclus. Seul bémol; aucune vente croisée, j’ai failli partir de là sans casque ni porte gourde! Good experience for a first bike since adolescence for me + my 6 year old son. Products appear to be of very good quality. The employees, even the youngest, are knowledgeable and committed. Good support on the bike side, adjustments included. Only problem; no cross selling, I almost left there without a helmet or water bottle holder!

Went in with the family looking for a bicycle, was not greeted by the 2 staff who were chatting to each other at the front door, continued to look around, more staff was spotted but they seemed to busy to be bothered by customers so we kept looking ourselves. We spotted a couple of models that we were interested in and we knew what would be a competitive local price, let me tell you, their price was way over competitive, that kind of pricing is just wrong to try to take advantage of the consumers. Once we realized what kind of poorly operated business this was, we continued our search elsewhere and found a bicycle at another store, exact same model, for 120$ cheaper.
