Impeccable service!! I have never seen that!! Everyone who works there knows their products and is committed to meeting your needs. They don't want to sell you anything. Very honest customer service. I live in Longueuil and I make the detour without hesitation.

Friends of mine recommended I should check Cycle Dupuis and I'm glad I listened to them. If you need to see someone who will spend as much time as necessary to answer all your questions, or help you decide what is the best bike for the type of riding you want to do, then definitely speak to David. He professional and very knowledgeable with respect to all the products in his store. Not to mention for the Trek Emonda bike that I wanted to build up, with a Mavic wheel upgrade, he beat all the competitors prices. What I do,also appreciate is the after sales service, they go out of there way to make sure I'm satisfied. If you decide to go with Cycle Dupuis on your next purchase, I'm positive you will not regret it.

regarding my customer service experience with my new bike. It started when I asked about the outdated price posted on the website. David honored the 10% lower price. David followed up with timely and clear email / text communication after our phone dialogue. David coordinated the bike delivery in a safe and timely manner offsite and outside of the standard store operating hours. David strives to exceed customer expectations. David will continue to grow his customer base with this mindset.
