J'ai l ancien modèle 750w 48v et je parcours facilement plus de 75km de distance très hâte d' allez a la chasse a la perdrix sur mon téo ? on rencontre même d autre propriétaire de téo sur nos routes ?
I bought a user fat bike téo and I am very satisfied I traveled 450km in one week I love it ? I went to the Montreal store to buy some very good service accessories. I have the old 750w 48v model and I easily travel over 75km of distance very eager to go partridge hunting on my téo ? we even meet another téo owner on our roads ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On adorent nos 2 Fatbikes S500 acheté en Février et Juin 2020.
Un peu de brume se forme dans l'affichage lorsque la température baisse en bas de 10c, mais avec le temps le problème s'estompe assez pour ne plus être contraignant.
Un contrôleur a dû être changé sous garantie, à 2 reprises ainsi qu'une manette d'accélérateur sur un des vélos(après 2,000kms).
Sinon, ces vélos sont solides et de très bonnes qualités, du dérailleur à la taille des raies de roues et des freins à disques à circuits hydrauliques.
Mon seul souci est avec la maintenance et les réparations pour les clients éloignés de Mtl (200kms dans notre cas). C'est un peu difficile et délicat de bien expliquer, diagnostiquer au téléphone et faire sois même les réparations à distances via l'aide du service technique de Téo Vélo.
J'aimerais voir des succursales de services techniques apparaitres en régions (ps: j'ai des contacts professionnels de Shops à Gatineau).

We love our 2 S500 Fatbikes bought in February and June 2020.
A little haze forms in the display when the temperature drops below 10c, but over time the problem subsides enough to no longer be binding.
A controller had to be changed under warranty on 2 occasions as well as a throttle lever on one of the bikes (after 2,000 km).
Otherwise, these bikes are solid and of very good qualities, from the derailleur to the size of the wheel stripes and the disc brakes with hydraulic circuits.
My only concern is with maintenance and repairs for clients far from Mtl (200kms in our case). It is a bit difficult and delicate to properly explain, diagnose over the phone and even make repairs remotely with the help of Téo Vélo's technical service.
I would like to see technical service branches appear in the regions (ps: I have professional contacts from Shops in Gatineau).

-through, extremely rude owner told her to stop with the shenanigans a sale is a sale and to sell it on kijiji. Beware their policies, no returns and not a shred of humanity.

We wanted to do business with a company that cares more about the quality and not the quantity of bikes sold. Benoit you can be proud of your daughter, she knows her bikes and she likes what she does, we know how it can be demanding. Couple of weeks ago , Friday Morning to be precise, once again Team Teo Velo, made me happy. I had a minor issue which was taken care fast enough so I was able tocontinue my daily routine. My comute is not only pleasure, but also my deplacements when I go to work. I do relly on Teo Bike , to go to work. The bikes are tough as nails :) , and worth the money. An excellent investment . For example last season less than 5 months I did 3000km. I would say 3000km+ of fun !
The new controlers are awesome by the way, well thought. I am glad that you are not only able to keep up the excellent quality of your bikes , but also to improve them.
