★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C est malheureux, je voulais une boutique près de chez nous et j ai essayer leur service de réparation. En partant c était ok. Ils ont dit avoir changer les bearings de ma roue Shamal mais lorsque je l ai fais rouler dans mes mains après quelques sorties je me suis aperçue que ça grattait fort dans les roulements. De plus j avais aussi fais faire une réparation sur une Zipp 404. Lors de ma première sortie elle avait encore le mème problème quoique moins important. Je suis retourné avec les roues pour me faire dire qu ils avaient tout fait ok et que pour la Zipp il n y avait pas de problème ! La réparation supplémentaire qu aurait pris la shamal aurait couté trop cher selon eux et ils disaient ne pas pouvoir avoir les pièces. J ai finalement retournée à mon ancienne boutique de Montréal; Miracle ma Shamal est top, ils on remplacé les même pièces qui auraient du être remplacé par BOB... faites vos conclusions!! Et ils ont aussi réparé ma Zipp... pour moins cher que les premières réparations chargés par BOB. J ai aussi un autre exemple de leur incompétence mais enfin, disons que ça me suffit pour vous proposer d éviter cette boutique.
 It's unfortunate, I wanted a store near us and tried their repair service. When we left it was ok. They said they changed the bearings on my Shamal wheel but when I rolled it in my hands after a few rides I noticed that it was scratching hard in the bearings. In addition, I also had a repair done on a Zipp 404. During my first outing it still had the same problem although less important. I returned with the wheels to be told that they had done everything ok and that for the Zipp there was no problem! The additional repair the shamal would have taken would have cost too much, they said, and they said they couldn't get the parts. I finally returned to my old Montreal boutique; Miracle my Shamal is great, they replaced the same parts that should have been replaced by BOB ... make your conclusions !! And they also fixed my Zipp ... for less than the first repairs charged by BOB. I also have another example of their incompetence, but anyway, let's say that's enough for me to suggest that you avoid this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si le service à la clientèle est important pour vous, fuir cet endroit à tout prix. J'ai laissé 2 vélos pour entretien, on m'a promis (par téléphone et en personne)le tout en 3 semaines. 4 semaines plus tard toujours pas fait et on partait en vacances. Suis venu chercher les vélos, aucun mot des gens sur place même pas un petit mot d'excuse, rien silence total. Mauvais commerce ne mérite pas d'avoir des clients.
If customer service is important to you, avoid this place at all costs. I left 2 bikes for maintenance, I was promised (by phone and in person) all in 3 weeks. 4 weeks later still not done and we were going on vacation. I came to pick up the bikes, no word from the people there, not even a little apology, nothing total silence. Bad business doesn't deserve to have customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst place I've ever been to, I brought my bike because my wheel was a little bit bent, then they called me saying that the tire had to be replaced, I gave them the ok to replaced, then when I got the bike the wheel still not well balanced and I feel it when I'm riding, I asked about it and they said they cant do miracles, so why didn't they tell me the rim has to be replaced, honestly who wants to ride with a crooked wheel?
also the tire was not replaced because they did not have that tire in stock but they didn't even tell me that so they sent me home with the exact same problem I had, basically I payed for nothing.
NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed my brakes fixed. This is the worst place I've been to for service. In fact he didn't even want to serve me and told me to go somewhere else and then proceeded by insulting me by saying they don't fix cheap bikes. If you like curtious and professional service, this place is not it. 1 star is even too much.
