Experience un peu desagreable pour la premiere fois que j'ai besoin d'un service apres vente. Situation un peu particuliere, je venait pour un echange dun produit qui n'etait pas en stock. j'ai ete traitee de facon expéditive et condescendante par la personne en charge. Mon attitude etait courtoise. Si on avait pris le temps de m'informer de la politique de retour et qu'on mavait seulement dirige vers la compagnie du jouet avec plus de tact, je serais partie avec satisfaction. Point positif: les caissieres ont ete tres gentilles! Les lieux sont toujours tres propres et bien disposes! le personnel est generalement jovial et bien aidant.
A little unpleasant experience for the first time that I need after sales service. A bit special situation, I came to exchange a product that was not in stock. I was treated expeditiously and condescendingly by the person in charge. My attitude was courteous. If they had taken the time to educate me on the return policy and only directed me to the toy company with more tact, I would have happily left. Positive point: the cashiers were very nice! The places are always very clean and well laid out! the staff are generally jovial and helpful.

Pire service à la clientèle de ma vie. A l’avenir je vais éviter ce magasin à tout prix. Comme ça, je n’aurai pas à subir leur employé irrespectueux.
Worst customer service ever. In the future I will avoid this store at all costs. That way, I won't have to put up with their disrespectful employee.

Mauvaise expérience. Le gérant de la section des jeux vidéos et cartes se comporte comme un sauvage avec les clients. Il sort des pancartes après que j’ai pris les articles dans mes mains. 3 janvier 2022 (12h).
Bad experience. The manager of the video games and cards section behaves like a savage with the customers. He pulls out signs after I take the items in my hands. January 3, 2022 (12 noon).

Pire service possible. Je suis allé au magasin de Boisbriand pour retourner un cadeau de Noël défectueux, avec la facture officielle. La dame au service à la clientèle (très gentille) a tenté de faire le remboursement, mais l'ordinateur ne reconnaissait pas le code barre de la boîte du jeu (en fait, le système disait que le jeu n'apparaissait pas sur ma facture, ce qui est totalement faux, preuve à l'appui). Ele a donc appelé un gérant, très peu conciliant. Il a d'abord décidé de ne pas me croire et vouloir tester le jeu... il ouvre les deux compartiments pour mettre les piles, il tente de bien les placer, de redresser certains ressorts avec son tournevis, recommence, referme les capots, remet les vis, tente d'actionner le jeu)... ensuite, il me dit que ça fonctionne, alors je lui explique que cela est intermittent, il semble y avoir un défaut avec les capteurs pour les piles, le jeu ne restant pas en fonction (encore preuve à l'appui avec son test)... et finalement, il me dit qu'il ne peut pas me rembourser parce que son scanner/ordinateur ne reconnaît pas le jeu, donc uniquement un échange (le jeu n'est plus en inventaire) ou un certificat-cadeau... j'ai donc dû réitérer mon droit d'être remboursé, qu'il s'agissait de mon argent et que leur politique stipule que le remboursement est possible... finalement, il daigne aller à l'ordinateur et mettre sa clef dans le clavier afin d'approuver le remboursement. Bref, une perte de temps colossale et un service excécrable du gérant... c'est clair que je vais racheter le jeu, mais certainement pas dans leur magasin/bannière... y a toujours des limites à niaiser le monde. Je mettrais 0 étoile si l'option existait.
Worst possible service. I went to the Boisbriand store to return a faulty Christmas present, with the official invoice. The lady at customer service (very nice) tried to make the refund, but the computer did not recognize the barcode of the box of the game (in fact, the system said that the game did not appear on my invoice , which is totally false, with supporting evidence). She therefore called a manager, who was very unaccommodating. He first decided not to believe me and wanted to test the game... he opens the two compartments to put the batteries in, he tries to place them correctly, to straighten some springs with his screwdriver, starts again, closes the covers, puts the screws back, tries to operate the game)... then he tells me that it works, so I explain to him that it is intermittent, there seems to be a fault with the sensors for the batteries, the game does not stay in function (still supporting proof with his test)... and finally, he tells me that he cannot reimburse me because his scanner/computer does not recognize the game, therefore only an exchange (the game no is no longer in stock) or a gift certificate...so I had to reiterate my right to a refund, that it was my money and their policy states refund is possible...eventually , he deigns to go to the computer and put his key in the keyboard in order to approve the reimbursement. In short, a colossal waste of time and terrible service from the manager... it's clear that I'm going to buy the game again, but certainly not in their store/banner... there are always limits to fooling people. I would put 0 stars if the option existed.

I really enjoy my experience at every visit. The store is clean and I truly feel secure to shop during the pandemic. The staff is always so friendly and I always find exactly what I come to buy.
