★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience aujourd’hui, j’étais en ligne j’attendais pour faire percer les oreilles de ma fille, l’employé qui était dans le stand prenait tout son temps avec une cliente sans jamais me dire quand est-ce que sera mon tour. Lorsqu’elle a fini sans rien me dire elle est allé aider une autre cliente à choisir des bijoux. Quelques minutes plus tard une autre employée est venue me dire qu’il est trop tard, elle doit fermer le magasin dans 15 min alors que moi j’attendais, elle m’a fait comprendre qu’il fallait venir à la caisse. Je l’ai beau expliqué elle n’a pas voulu faire d exception. Dieu merci je suis allée à côté oui il était trop tard mais je vais y retourner car un j’ai été bien accueillie et deux c’est presque 3 fois moins cher. Très mauvaise expérience pour moi en tout cas.
 Very bad experience today, I was in line waiting to have my daughter's ears pierced, the employee who was in the booth was taking all his time with a client without ever telling me when my tower. When she finished without telling me, she went to help another client choose jewelry. A few minutes later another employee came to tell me that it is too late, she has to close the store in 15 minutes while I was waiting, she made me understand that I had to come to the checkout. I explained it well, she did not want to make an exception. Thank God I went next door yes it was too late but I will go back because one I was well received and two it is almost 3 times cheaper. Very bad experience for me anyway.
