J'avais un gros problème avec le service à clientèle concernant des prix et honneter de ce que j'ai vue et les 2 représentants et la gérante le mardi le 30 janvier m'a aider dans tout mes démarches et surtout je suis rentrer de reculons, fâcher et je suis ressortis avec un sourire et mon nouveau téléphone cellulaire pour un autre 2ans avec eux.

A big thank you to telus at place rosemère, quality service, kindness, understanding and above all it works to help you in your problem.
I had a big problem with customer service regarding prices and honesty from what I saw and the 2 representatives and the manager on Tuesday January 30th helped me in all my efforts and especially I came back from back , get angry and walked out with a smile and my new cell phone for another 2yrs with them.
