j'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec vos caissières. j'ai acheté un pantalon la caissiere m'a dit que je pouvais le ramener dans les 30 jours. A ma grande surprise c'était un mensonge car le gérant a refusé de me le rembourser alors que cela faisait que 15 jours que je l'avais acheté. et en plus c'est marqué sur le ticket de caisse ( 30 jours) . je voudrais souligner le manque de professionnalisme .
I had a bad experience with your cashiers. I bought pants the cashier told me I could return them within 30 days. To my surprise it was a lie because the manager refused to refund me when it had only been 15 days since I had bought it. and in addition it is marked on the receipt (30 days). I would like to point out the lack of professionalism.

Took my son for a flu shot today and he was scared. The pharmacist and the nurse were both great with him. Very kind and gentle. He was shocked at how little it hurt!

***inexperienced management staff, sub-standard customer service*** I went in to buy some snacks. It has a discount tag. At the cash, they charge me full price. I told them to check discount tag. usually at other Pharmaprix, they would give me the item free due to "prix d'exactitude". there is no question asked or disagreement. It is the duty of the store to ensure all tags have accurate pricing. If you fail to do so, you honour it. The management staff here refused me and said in strong tone. Her attitude makes customer feel like I am at fault and uneasy. She is a young inexperienced staff. I wish they will train employees to have maturity + diplomacy. Rosemere is a nice neighbourhood. I did not expect this bad experience. Afterwards I left and return home quick.
