★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to pick up a package delivered by UPS.
I just moved into the neighbourhood. So the address is not the same on my identity card.
I brought the UPS notice, show my order and delivery email to my new address, my lease paper and asked me to call UPS so they can give me the okay to give me the package.
The young lady from UPS said it was okay.
Then, the lady at the pharmacist told me the counter is now closed. It was around 7:30 PM.
She wastes 30 minutes of my time and now can't even have the package?
She was just looking to give me some trouble. It's F unbelievable.

We have never had an issue with receiving medications on time and their ability it compound on site is truly awesome! Drop those 'big box' pharmacies where you are just a number and try the place where you have a name. Keep up the great work!
