★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais service au laboratoire des médicaments. Ils s'occupent pas de leurs clients qui attendent une information et passé la cliente arrivé après moi, j'ai décider d'aller au jean-coutu. Plusieurs fois ils agit comme ça aux pharmaprix. Même pour les commandes en ligne, donc je n'irais plus.
 Bad service in the drug lab. They do not take care of their customers who are waiting for information and after the customer arrived after me, I decided to go to jean-coutu. Many times they act like that at the pharmaprixes. Even for online orders so I wouldn't go anymore.

Pas sûr si c’est une technicienne our la pharamcienne chef mais semble qu’il y avait quelque chose de beaucoup plus important ailleurs parcqu’elle avait juste hâte de finir la discussion! Pour ma chirurgie, ils m’ont dit que la pharmacienne m’explique le protocole et voilà maintenant j’utilise fameux google ( pourtant j’étais seule au comptoir et 4 autres employés en train de jase en arrière) .
0 professionnalisme.
Lousy service at the pharmacy! Not sure if this is a technician or the Pharamcian leader but looks like there was something much more important elsewhere that she just couldn't wait to finish the discussion! For my surgery, they told me that the pharmacist explains the protocol to me and now I am using the famous google (yet I was alone at the counter and 4 other employees chatting back).
0 professionalism.

I was forced to pay for my order at the self-service checkout, plus 0 customers, never seen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce Pharmaprix s'est nettement amélioré au niveau de leurs inventaires. Je trouve mainetant presque tout ce qui est annoncé en circulaire incluant les produits alimentaires. Bonne superficie et service de bureau de poste aussi offert. La gérante qui est présente le samedi est vraiment sympathique.
This Pharmaprix has clearly improved in terms of their inventories. I now find almost everything that is advertised in the flyer including food products. Good size and post office service also offered. The manager who is present on Saturdays is really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not a big fan of Pharmaprix. However I went on a Sunday night when the Proxim next to the house closed at 5pm and had great courteous service at the Rx counter. Thanks :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experence ever !! I left balling my eyes out. I've never been so humilated and hurt from the pharmacy staff. I was denied my medication. Which is illegal and then they changed thier mind after i told them it was their duty to give it to me. They thwn made me wait for 2 hours for my medication, during that time i experenced the girls behind the counter giving me dirty looks and whispering and laughing about me. I was told to wait thst long only to be told they DID NOT HAVE MY MEDICATION. I experenced the worst case of descrimination towards mental health and addictions. We come to far as a community to accept this awful and cruel behavior. Shame on those ladies whom served me yesterday. Btw i've contacted a laywer.
