★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis vraiment déçu du service reçu de la part d'une assistante au laboratoire. Le personnel est arrogant et non professionnel. Personnellement, je vais toujours au Jean Coutu mais c'est la dernière fois que je vais à votre pharmacie.
 I am really disappointed with the service received from an assistant in the laboratory. The staff are arrogant and unprofessional. Personally, I always go to the Jean Coutu but this is the last time I go to your pharmacy.

Je suis diabetique type 2, depuis 3 ans je prend mes prescriptions a cet endroit.. Jai une assurance privé qui rembourse mes frais.
Je suis en manque de bandelette pour tester ma glycémie et leur demande s'ils pourrais m'accommoder avec des bandelettes le temps que mes assurances me donne une mise a jour de mon dossier
LA REPONSE EST CATÉGORIQUE ( tu payes sinon nous pouvons rien faire pour t'aider)
LE SLOGAN on trouve de tout sauf un amis semble pas mal desuet
Tu ne peux pas payer on se fout de ta santé.
AVIS AU CLIENT: je vous mets en garde pas de $$$ pas de service
Je vais contacter la haute direction pour savoir si cela reflète leur philosophie d'entreprise

I wanted to do by my immense disappointment for the prescription department.
I have type 2 diabetes, for 3 years I have been taking my prescriptions there. I have private insurance which reimburses my costs.
I am lacking a strip to test my blood sugar and ask them if they could accommodate me with strips until my insurance gives me an update of my file
THE ANSWER IS CATEGORIC (you pay otherwise we can do nothing to help you)
THE SLOGAN we find everything except a friend seems quite outdated
You can't afford to give a damn about your health.
NOTICE TO CUSTOMER: I am warning you no $$$ no service
I will contact senior management to find out if this reflects their business philosophy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service au comptoir pharmaceutique. Très professionnel. Oui, c'est parfois "long", mais est-ce vraiment le cas si on attend que 30 minutes? Nous sommes toujours pressés dans la vie et si c'est en deçà d'une heure, c'est rapide comme service pour des médicaments!
Excellent service at the pharmaceutical counter. Very professional. Yes, it is sometimes "long", but is it really the case if we wait only 30 minutes? We are always in a hurry in life and if it's under an hour, it's fast as a service for medication!

There is a special rules on return products and they don’t want to give you a reimbursement unacceptable people go to PHARMAPRIX better prices, points, cleaner, faster and easy return on everything and no one rude PHARMAPRIX 100% And its 300 feet away from Jean Coutu.

Earbuds are essentials for teleworking dear Karen and no I didn't wash my hand because I always wear gloves and yes I had to touch the keypad because your tap function didn't work nasty B.
