★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were really nice and helpfull. The prices are a little pricey but since it's handmade and everything; I think it's worth it. I've buyed for 50$ of bath bombs (6) ; they smelled so good. I would recommand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your thinking about doing business with Lush, go ahead, they are 5 star. Their website is clear and easy to use. The product descriptions are accurate and come with photos and instructions. I placed an order through the website for local pick up at the Anjou location. It said it could take up to a couple of days to get the order ready, within 1hour i received a notification that my order was ready to go be picked up. Once i arrived at the store, i followed the instructions, called the phone number provided, a friendly employee asked for my name and told me they would bring my order to the curbside pick up lacation. In under 5 min the friendly and professional member of the staff delivered to me my items along with multiple samples. Its nice to see that in todays society thre are still some businesses who value their customers satisfaction.

She guided us through what we walked in for and explained everything without it feeling overwhelming. she even took an extra minutes to get to know us during the transaction. thanks so much youre the best <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line for about 10 minutes, while waiting a staff member asked us what we were looking for and helped us out. The store is quite a small space, making it hard with social distancing during the pandemic. Felt slightly rushed to choose what I wanted, but was well advised. They had great chistmas gift boxes. Great handmade soaps with lots of choices.
