★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT HAPPY with their service at all. I understand I was a walk-in customer but they rushed it SO MUCH that obviously nails chipped within a few days. Told the owner that I didn’t appreciate the rushed service, and she was just saying she can’t control the traffic. They should not accept any customer if they can’t provide a proper service. And right after I made a payment, owner asked me if I tipped the right amount because it was smaller than she expected I guess? They just want money. Never going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 6:15 in the store with my friend! They accepted too many customers and could not take good care of each of them! They neglected my friends hands and to this date I have never seen a more terrible manicure!

Took an appointment for 10 AM, they were late, I had enough time to go to Simmons.
I asked for a pedicure, the lady who did it rushed through the process.
She didn’t cut my cuticules properly, didn’t cut my toe nails equally nor were they painted adequately.
I do a better job doing at home pedis.
I do not recommend.
They obviously do not care for customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad! Your satisfaction is not a priority at ALL. Man I thought they would be good since they must get so much traffic but nope. Where do I start? If you have dark skin and want pale colours they freak out. All they want you to do is RED. The woman switched the color I picked and started to apply another one LOL I caught her lying about it too ahahahah never again! She tried to pretend it was the same one and wouldn’t let me see the color number.I made her remove the whole coat after she sneaked and cured it in the machine. She claimed my toenails were too shorty to file all thought it’s been a month since I last cut them. The only reason I left a tip is because I also do nails and they did the job —poorly but still. I’m sure management does not have a customer care attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in for a pedicure and asked for regular nail polish. The lady refused to do regular nail polish as they were supposedly closing in 20 minutes and regular polish would take "too long to dry". I agreed to just have a simple pedicure done without the polish since they seemed in a hurry to leave. After getting to the counter ready to pay, I was still charged $35+ tax for a pedicure that was supposed to include nail polish as was advertised. I was offered half the service and still charged full price.
Do not recommend this place to anyone.
