★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! Impersonal, arrogant and with attitudes. I shop there occasionally. And less you talk to the staff better off you are. Today was the worst though. I walked in because most of the store was marked on liquidation. So I figured I'd check out the deals. Once I got to the cash register, I was told there was no sale, that it was on Saturday ( we're Monday). The sale signs were still all over the store. I pointed it out and manager says "the signs were supposed to be taken down". Well, maybe then take them down? They also have merchandise marked for extra discounts, but then don't apply those discounts at the cash, because " it shouldn't be marked". I believe it's called false advertising, luring people in with the deals, then refusing to honor their own sale discounts. Overall, not worth it. Takes a lot of time to find anything good, and combined with the treatment you get, you're better off at Hudson Bay or Winners next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unappealing store . Gives the impression of a wannabe winners but with none of the appeal or merchandise . Their offerings are bland ,you have super expensive purses on one side and the cheapest bathroom products and knick knacks on the other side .Unappealing and overpriced clothes and shoes . Always super disappointed when we go there . They don't know what to sell so they sell whatever. Best advice ? Go to winners instead ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even if someone would give me a fake "designer" bag for free I wouldn't take it, let alone spend money on it. Buyer beware. This place does not sell authentic designer bags. All of them are fake, with ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTION. I can't speak for the rest of the products but I took a good look at the bags and they are definitely cheap imitations of the real deal. Don't waste your money on something that is actually not worth more than $20 at best.
